It was ok. Baseball itself is always fun and this is based on one experience, hopefully it was an anamoly. Apparently there was 3 times the amount of people as normal and the workers claimed that they had open an hour early. Unfortunately this meant that concession lines were an hour long and they ran out of water bottles at cups at one, at another they ran out of ice and cold water bottles. They were just so disorganized and unprepared. They gave us the wrong part of our tickets back and we had to get that corrected because we save them. Unfortunately the programs cost money at this park and they are not specific to that weeks games, they also don't even have a map or concession info on them. Our minor league team locally does all these things and the programs are free so we admittedly had too high of expectations. It was also just really chaotic with kids running around unattended everywhere and making messes, even running on the top of the dugouts. Again maybe this is normal and acceptable for this stadium we are used to one that has a higher expectation of behavior. If you do go use the online concession app, it wouldn't do what we needed it to so it didn't help us but did help my parents. However, even still they got there and there food was ready but the workers insisted on passing orders out in order and the person before wasn't there. They asked for their food so it wouldn't get cold and were met with attitude, then when they asked for their topping the worker was not impressed! One tip is us and some other fans would love walk up songs in the future although we probably won't be back. We're from out of town so it's no loss to us. I really hope having the local schools come is why is was chaotic and disorganized and that this is...
Read moreShame on you Dave Baggot. Game good, but most came to see fire works after. Stadium was packed. People spending all kinds of money, hats $40, jerseys, all kinds of food and drinks. Dave Baggot made out like a bandit, but no fire works. On their web site it states fireworks after game. Free tickets also say free fireworks. But guess what no fireworks, after the game everybodys sitting there waiting for fireworks, kids are excited. Spinless, no announcement before, during or after the game. Instead he sends the young girls out to tell the big crowd there will be no fireworks. I'm thinking Dave you have lost a lot of fans and people showing up not knowing what there going to get. Shame on you. I'm sure you made a bundle of money off all the people who brought their kids. Why didn't you announce, NO FIREWORKS TONIGHT... But I'll take your money for...

Bless those young men & ladies helping out in the concession stands BUT someone should hire a professional to do some training because The concession stands are awful, 4 young adults all trying to take care of one order at a time instead of splitting up in the groups of two to cut down on wait time. & they mentioned they were understaffed. I couldn’t help but give them some friendly advice about getting in to teams of two so they could get the line moving , wasn’t received to well from one young lady BUT one young man quickly jumped to the other “register” …. And yes get them some sort of training from fast food professionals or streamline...
