There are not enough words to express how incredible Rima and her staff are! I decided to take the leap of having my eyebrows done, and after searching and searching, I came across photos of Rima’s work, and she clearly topped the rest! My first appointment with her began with the consultation, and she spent nearly an hour with me learning what I wanted and giving her professional ideas that would help me reach the goal I had in mind. She really listened to what I wanted and didn’t rush the consulting process, which I appreciated so much! Let me say this…having been in the healthcare profession for many years, someone’s bedside manner speaks volumes, and Rima has by far the best client interaction of any professional I’ve ever worked with. She has such a genuine, calming, trusting, and confident yet humble demeanor. By the end of our consult, I was 100% at peace that she was going to make my eyebrows look fantastic! She has an amazing method that numbs the brows to make the entire process totally pain free. I followed up with her for a few expected touch ups, and I can officially say that I have more confidence in my natural, no makeup state, than I’ve ever had because of how fantastic she made my eyebrows look. She is extremely educated in her profession and was able to not only answer every question I had about the process, but actually educated me on the clinical data and research behind some of the methods she uses. She is extremely personable, and you can tell within the first few minutes of talking to her that she strives for greatness. You have found the best of the best with Rima. I was to scared to get my brows fixed for over 15 years after a terrible experience in 2008. I did so much research over the years but just wasn’t ready. I was looking at artists all over the United States and Canada. I really loved an artist in Canada that Rima happened to study under previously. Rima pop up so many times and in so many places over the years and it was always positive feedback with amazing results. Rima even teaches permanent makeup artistry so that gave me even more confidence in going to her. I was so used to my butchered brows that I figured I wouldn’t like anything anyone did to them because it would be so different and I had basically given up on having nice brows. Rima made it such a natural transition to having amazing brows. They look so natural and match my face so well. I look back at my photos before she did my brows and it seems like a life time ago that I had sad messed up brows. Rima is a perfectionist who is changing lives for the better. She brings her, and her mother’s decades of traditional permanent makeup experience, as well as all of the new, fresh and fun techniques to keep up with current pmu trends. I feel that the course is priced appropriately for the amount of knowledge you receive. The class days are so much fun that an 8 hour day flies by so quickly. The course comes with top of the line equipment such as one of the best machines on the market, pigments, needless and more. Rima speaks in a way that is easy to comprehend and take notes, and is always happy to go over the information again if asked. I feel that I’m leaving with a very thorough, well rounded education that will help me to be the best PMUA that I can be, and of course lifetime support, and friendship from Rima.
