We purchased furniture with the expectation of quality and support, but when it came time to fix both pieces (thru the ext warranty) the service fell completely flat. I’ve been promised callbacks (by a supposed supervisor, Brian) that never came, and given excuse after excuse. It's been months waiting for the items to be picked up and fixed and my furniture is still here waiting. NFM was quick to take our money but completely dropped the ball when it came to standing behind their product and process. This is not the level of customer service you'd expect from such a large company. I regret this purchase and won’t be buying from them again unless they take real accountability.
