Bed Bug alert!!!! Bed bug found physically alive and fully visible! Came here to attend a work convention. After the First night of stay I woke up with an itchy bite/bump on one part of my body/skin , didn’t take it seriously or think too much of it. We were busy throughout the day and didn’t get back into the room till night time. Slept for about an hour while constantly itching, finally I couldn’t take the itching anymore and started feeling multiple bumps on my arms and legs. It was 1:30am and I get up turn on the lights and look through the bed/pillows and there it was Spotted a live crawling bed bug! Took a picture, informed front desk and the response from them wasn’t to helpful besides we’re sorry and will get you to another room. Took them an 1hr to get someone up to get me new rooms keys as I didn’t want to go down in pajamas and wanted to start packing right away. I requested for my Belongings to be laundry serviced as we were all unpacked through out the room, they refused at first saying our policy does not allow that, I told them I will not take anything from this room To a new room that can only spread the issue, after speaking to a manger and with a lot of insisting they agreed to do laundry service for us. Again it took another 30 mins for someone to come get our laundry in our original room. It was now 3am. They informed me that this issue will be investigated by their 3rd party team that comes in to confirm and check out the room, then they will inform us of the results, now what was interesting was while we were still waiting to switch over to the other room, room service showed up and said they were there to turn up the room??? But, I was told this room will not be touched until the investigation team shows up? The cleaning lady said sorry I didn’t know and left. It felt as if they were trying to clean up the room before investigating the issue?? All was to suspicious how they handled the situation. Of course I super disturbed by this whole situation and super uncomfortable due to multiple bites/swollen bumps on my body, so you can only Imaging the rest of my night did not go well. Would have left the hotel completely if it wasn’t in the middle...

Read moreI hate leaving negative reviews but this hotel really left us with a bad taste in our mouth! I booked this resort for a family reunion and Christmas week, I so wanted it to be special for all 15 family members....it wasn't! Literally at every turn it was outrageous charges ($24 bottles of water in the room, half that in the market downstairs for a $3 bottle), $4.5 to get to use the coffee pod and cup in your room and so much more, nickeled and dimed at every turn, everything was 3-4 times the expected cost , so much for hospitality. After paying for the room you need to pay a resort fee, ironic because there wasn't much in the way of resort services, specifically in the casino over 5 days, only once were we able to order a drink on the floor, and then it took over 30 minutes to come. At the Aria we all were served immediately with no wait, same at, the several other casinos we visited. Bitterly disappointed in the entire experience, as were my entire party. I would rather know up front the charges than booby trapped bar fridges in your room and exorbitant pet charges ($100 per night), oh yes and the large deposit ($600 per room for 5 nights) on each room, to cover charges from accidental movement of censored items in your room or bar fridge. Anyway this was a over priced, oversold and way under delivered experience, book...
