I've lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. Security roams around the complex throughout the day and night and watches everyone who comes in the place so I feel very safe. The complex is always cleaned up in the mornings by staff the on-site manager is very helpful and nice. They've been doing updates to the infrastructure of the complex and adding quality of life changes that are very welcoming. Honestly, I have had no complaints since living here.

Edited for Feb. 2023 Renewed my lease for another 6 months and it's still a good place to stay. Due to the pandemic and recession, I've seen more homeless around the canals but not in the property. They still update the property and the area is still relatively safe (had my packages stolen from my doorstep twice since I've been here but that's everywhere unfortunately).

Edited for July. 2023 Not renewing the lease for next year but not due to the property. Still a great place to stay. HOA includes sewer, water, trash and internet (250 cox). They changed the security team a month or so ago but no changes as far as safety goes. Still updating the property in various ways. I'll...

Report for Khalil’s (and co-host Jazmin) apartment who use it for Airbnb:

The apartment is not as per the pictures the host has posted.

It is one of the backdated apartments with lots of issues such as the furniture (sofa, beds) is not in a good shape and can damage on its own at any time.

The host did not provide toiletries even after making a request.

The bedsheets were dirty and nobody cleaned it before our stay it seems.

The nails were coming out of furniture at some points and one was very serious where a friend almost got hurt. She pointed it to me and we had to put a cloth on it.

The trash bag was not present in the airbnb. Not enough blankets.

The TV remote was not provided.

Broken closet and bedroom doors directly clashing. If someone who is entering and doesn’t know, they will break the mirror or may result in major injury while Sleeping.

It is INTENTIONALLY not fixed so the cost can be put on customers. All in all, this was one of the worst stays and we didn’t receive the service for the money...

The main pool has recently been remodeled, but the smaller side pools are currently closed. Some units have an excellent view of the Strip. Other units get the light from the Palms' new billboard and can see Rio. There is a gym here for residents, it has two treadmills and some dumbbells. The secuirty companies that man the gate and patrol the property change often, and thier procedures and professionalism are not held to a consistent standard by property management. There is construction in the street facing the Palms. Residents coming and going on foot are routinely questioned if wearing backpacks, with photos sometimes taken by secuirty. The city is aware of the nearby vagrant population a d has recently restored streetlights in the area for added safety. Larger vehicles not always welcome in parking, as they require prior written approval and must be free of all commerical logos. Trains can be noisy, especially when behind schedule - always...

Being in this hotel resort has been a blast, I witnessed an employee fix a chair, not only they care about the safety of others, and their equipment. This resort is big, in my opinion, security pass around randomly, workers checking if everything is in stock, 2 different pools the picture of the rock is 6'ft and the one that has nothing is 4ft, great for kids, there a small pool 3ft, if you want to do some exercise outdoors or walk the dog their is some space, there are hallways to to to your room so you don't have to go around and deal with the heat, and last I posted the view from my room. The only thing I would complain is handicapped access not many ramps to go to your room.
