Everything was so well thought out. From the decor/design to the variety of candy/products available. I am giving the 4 stars for a combination of reasons...... a lot of items are extremely high, but this IS Las Vegas, so be prepared. Another reason for the 4 stars is solely based on my personal experience, THIS visit. The setup to order from the bakery/checkout area could be better. There is a display that provides numerous deliciously prepared treats. The system to order was, walk around the display and decide what treats you'd like, try to remember the names of them and then go stand in line, hopefully it isn't a long line, and then try to remember what each name is in order to tell the cashier what you'd like for them to pick out for you. This seems to also be the area in which the items are prepared... but that's an assumption as I only saw a preparation table, but there is no one preparing items. Once it was our turn to order, I asked one of the cashiers if I would show them what items I'd like or would I just try to point them out. She looked at me with a blank cold stare and totally ignored me. The other cashier lightly and politely explained that we would tell her what we wanted and they'll go get it for us. I feel as though there should be someone else around the display areas assisting customers with items. The young lady with the cold stare did not seem happy to be there. She was bland with the next customer and still had the same look on her face 30 minutes later when we returned downstairs. This is supposed to be a Jolly place for visitors. Other than that, it was a very uniquely presented store. It's definitely worth visiting just to experience it...
Read moreMe and my husband were looking for something sweet to eat, on our visit to Vegas 2/11, and found this place. My husband got a Reese’s milkshake and I got a Reese’s cookie and a brownie in a cup with Reese’s in it as well. We love Reese’s anything. We paid, in 2 separate transactions, the milkshake, a little over $16 which I wish I had gotten pictures of, was very chunky inside, so not something you could sip through a straw and it was leaking out of the lid by the time we made it outside. Very very sweet. The cookie and brownie in a cup was a little over $18. The brownie Reese’s cup was awful. It was liquid in the bottom, kinda of like a tres leches cake. The only part I could eat was the whipped topping the rest was mush and had an awful texture. I did not get a picture of it. The best thing they had was the cookie. So if you are there the cookie was definitely worth it. I did take a picture of it. So for a total of over $34 we could only share a cookie. So not really worth it and I wouldn’t go back. The young gentleman that made the milkshake was very kind...
