I am writing this review of appreciation to express my personal gratitude for the kindness, patience, and respectful service I have received from "ASLEY".I would like to start off by giving five stars* to "ASHLEY" whom I personally refer to as "THE HEART" of the LATERRA GEMS" place of business located inside the Venetian casino. She seems to bring her enthusiasm to her place of work during each and every shift. But I'm willing to bet any amount of money that she probably wakes up this way. Simply because this is just who she is!!!. Ashley continues to exhibit her capability in dealing with a variety of issues, concerns, questions, complaints from customers, and yet seems to manage and resolve each and every situation that may be brought to her attention. Completing the task without complaint.. I will never forget her willingness to help me., Do you ever want to have a great experience and purchase some fabulous items for your home or for a personal friend or even for yourself I encourage you to go during Ashley's shift at "LATERRA GEMS " . Great friendly atmosphere! Beauty and class all around you? Then come on down . We stopped in here just browsing around. The shop was very clean but overall there didn't appear to be much organization on what went where. It made finding similar items a bit of a challenge. For Valentine's Day I bought my girlfriend a Blue Labradorite Gemstone Water Bottle and it looks amazing! The bright colors of the gemstone really shine throughout the water and looks especially neat if the sunlight hits it just right.
