So purchased some sunglasses and think the products are great. I also think the customer service from the sales team was good but I had 2 bad interactions with 2 separate seem to be managers the woman spoke very sharply to me & later the same day the male manger closing also talk to me no as a customer but very rudely as if I had done something wrong. Sorry your management team needs a wake up call. Your egos need to brought back to reality. Donât talk to customer who are buying 1400 sunglasses in a way that ruins their desire to buy something. I nearly didnât buy because of the morning lady manager & then stopped back in to retry the other pair I was deliberating on and another male manager ridiculed me for not carrying in the sunglasses in the leather case. He also told me I wore them walking into the store & I didnât I just held them. So he literally was making up something to be little my sense. Heâs saying all of this when I was just coming in to double check if I wanted to keep the pair or if the other was better. I kept my original purchase but letâs talk about creating quick distrust in a company. He was warning me because I brought them in without the case he could deny the exchange! It was like I bought these from this store 5-6 hours ago. The other team member all seemed friendly & helpful⌠also very patient as I figured out what pair. The door security guys are always so friendly every time I see them. Still all the good customer can be ruined by managers a little quick to demonstrate their power or status in the store.
