I wanted to share my terrible experience at JD today, the worst by far Iâve ever had. I came to this store with the intent to buy shoes. All the staff were at the counter all the way to the back of the store when we came in, some are chitchatting in the other corner so I went straight to the brand of my choice and tried on a shoe. With no staff to be found, I fit a shoe by myself when suddenly a lady staff from the back counter yelled at me saying âhey, you canât do that!â. Take note, she was yelling at me as if I was a burglar caught in the act! I was stunned and confused at the same time and clueless on what she was fuzzing about. Then a male staff walk towards me and told me that they don't encourage people to try on their displays. I had no idea for this was my first time! They should have put a sign on their shelves or be present when costumers walk in! That rude ladyâs action was infuriating! If you donât want to ruin your day or your shopping mood, please do your self a favor, DO NOT GO TO JD! Zero costumer service!...
Read moreThe Finish Line employees at this location (Pearland, TX: store #878) give the worst customer service. If they are not too busy socializing and chatting among themselves and you dare ask for assistance they make comments under their breath and give off the attitude of a petulant child. Cute, maybe if they were toddlers, but not so much when you are looking to spend hundreds of dollars on goods and need help. I get it, I was once their age and had the same silly attitude, but just not on someone else's dime. I think this is it for me on ever returning to that location because of this experience. Finish Line, if you are in the business of making money, you should greatly consider replacing the attitudes and the individuals working the 12:30 pm 4/13/2019 shift. Those particular employees are not assets to help build upon your success, but they are actual liabilities, tearing down what you have worked so hard to build and are...
Read moreI check my account recently after receiving Sports Illustrated fo several weeks in the mail which I thought were free, but after seeing a charge for $25 and another for $50, I called Sports Illustrated and they said the transaction was done at Finishline because they have the free trial which you the consumer has to cancel. Well I NEVER signed up for the free trial and the location in Pearland is the only Finishline I go to because of location. I have lost respect for this company because of this shady, undermining service. I used to work at a Finishline in Austin and all we would get for getting people to sign up was a $1, so if your employees have to cheat people just to get a damn dollar, then you've completely...
