I know this comment is long, but I wish I had something like this to read before I started bleaching my hair. I wound up getting my hair bleached twice in one week by this guy from New Jersey. I wish I would’ve went to The Color Room then, because I wouldn’t be in this mess. He promised I had to much hair that even if it broke a little I would be okay. Well he wound up destroying my head, made it blue not blonde, and I lost 80% of my hair. I lost every bit of confidence that I had. So I had to start using Extensions, and getting them professionally put in which was so costly it was almost undoable. After almost 2years of wearing them. I come to find out my hair was the same if anything worse. Condition. I took them out, and ordered more with the Intent on putting them back in three days later. even after going to the Color Room. But once I got there, and seen the end results of my hair I actually sent back the $800 extensions, and decided that I was no longer going to need them. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am that I found the Color room. I finally have my hair back, and this was only after one sitting it no longer feels like a broom, and almost looks as healthy as it was three years ago. Mind you this was only after seeing them once! They gave me amazing advice on what to buy for my hair. I actually already had the Ola Plex but never used it because I figured with the extensions it wouldn’t help anyway. Now that I’m using it I can tell every time I wash my hair it just keeps getting better, and better. They also gave me advice on vitamins for my hair. to say that I am thankful for the color room is a complete understatement. Not only did they help to bring back my hair, but they gave me my self-esteem back, and saved me an insane amount of money. The owner, and the girls that work there are absolutely amazing. So sweet they make you feel extremely comfortable, and they get down to exactly what you want, what’s best for Your hair, and what your future goals are. Their prices are great. I expected to pay way more for how good Hailey did my hair.I can’t wait to go back again. I’ll never go anywhere else. They were exactly what I’ve been looking for, and so much more. If anyone gets to read this, and they want to bleach their hair I highly highly suggest you go right to the color room. So that you don’t have to deal with what I dealt with for well over two years. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. This is definitely a place that you want to get your hair done at. These girls are magicians when it comes to hair, and color. Plus your not paying an arm, and a leg. Definitely go there. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Hailey did my hair. She’s amazing, but I have no doubt they all are. I stopped coming here after a keratin treatment started causing a lot of breakage. Since I started going else where I have realized that they have been dying my hair darker even though I’ve been asking to go lighter to get to my natural color. I wanted to transition to sandy brown but instead it’s almost black and I’m so sad!!! I asked to go lighter and said so I’d go down in number right? They just half listened to me and instead of correcting me they went down in number and kept going darker over the course of my visits. This was not just one hairstylist here it was two that did this to me. Other hairstylists at other salons immediately educated me that I would go up in number not down. And on top of that last time I was with Lindsy I asked about a lightening treatment while there. And she wouldn’t talk about it during my appointment. Said I had to come back and schedule a consultation. So pretty much I had to leave and come back another to just get a question answered. Which is a waste of my time. And now I like my hair so much less than before I went.

Ps. The response is untrue as I contacted you all about breakage. I even told the gal on my he phone I had been talking to my stylist personally about the breakage so she wouldn’t be in trouble. I reached out to her about it a few weeks after the treatment and even offered up the texts as proof. Which you didn’t care about. And you are being untruthful about my dying plan and alluding responsibility. I started at a 6n, was told when I was going to a 5n, and last time I got a blend of 4&5n. Each shade darker than the last. Each time we went darker I expressed wanting to go a shade lighter and would show pictures of my natural color as example. Obviously nobody was explaining things to me. And when I asked questions I had to commit to returning for a consultation to get it answered. Also wasn’t coming in for “gray coverage” I am 29 and have just a few loose grays. Regardless you guys were never matching my natural color obviously and not listening to me. I had booked an appointment for a simple “TRIM” and blowout, which obviously to their hair stylist meant free for all. I had clearly articulated that I did not want any layers, any face framing, nothing just a simple dusting, even going as far as explaining how layers are not a good look for me! From there she proceeded to cut layers into the back of my head after I had just clearly and thoroughly stated my preference. After the appointment I called to explain how I am not satisfied with their services and the fact their hairstylist cut 4+ inches off the back of my head, being that I was a routine customer for around 6+ months, and didn’t want to embarrass her employee. I was told to come back and fortunately my hair was fixed as best as possible considering their low standard, by their only professional hairstylist who actually took the time to listen to their customer who is paying 160+ for a trim. The reason why I am writing this review, mind you I am not the type too ever write a review, was because of how rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful the owner was. I’m not sure if it’s because she was embarrassed, but as I was walking in and out she never apologized, or really ever acknowledged me she just blankly asked “all better” in a very condescending tone surrounded by her staff who just stared at me.
