The U.S. Custom House is a beautiful building. The staff were polite and professional. My wife mentioned that the ladies' restroom was located in an inconvenient location far from the passport office. (The mens' restroom was much closer.) Considering that going to the restroom can easily mean losing one's place in line, the ladies' restroom should be moved closer to the...

The federal staff of the US Customs Office are wonderful. However, the private security guards at the door of the building are disrespectful and engage in harassing behaviors at every opportunity.
