I visited from out of town and emailed the shop a week in advance, was emailing back and forth multiple times about tatts info and more just to be told just do a walk in. So when I came I did a walk in and was told to give my info about what I wanted etc again and they took my info and said they call when available showed pictures of what I wanted everything was great. No call, so I called after a few hours for update to be told can I get there in 16mins but I also stated I was from out of town and could I be called in ahead just to give me some time. Got to place to be told a million excuses about why they didn’t wanna do the colors in a tatt that I already sent and confirmed hours before. It was all just a bunch of lies and excuses and waisted time I do not recommend speaking with the front desk she say anything that comes to mind instead of the truth or learning the correct information to give to customers. RUN!!!!! Do not walk, RUN from this place. My friend amd I were in town for a day from California and figured any tatto artist worth their weight in Pennsylvania would easily be qualified enough to tattoo a simple state flower . Nope. We have what appears to be a demogorgen on our feet. My friend's man owns the oldest tattoo shop in San Diego and every other artist we've shown this too is horrified. Effin horrified. I talked to one of the guy who said he would draw something for me before the appointment. First of all he never drew me something, and second of all he canceled the appointment saying he had a dentist appointment. Who does that?, especially after taking a deposit and agreeing on a date and time. They told me to reschedule for a new appointment by calling the store. When I asked to see what he drew, no reply. I don't know what these people's deal was but I never went back to get my 100$ back because of how awful and unprofessional the emails were.
