AVE Phoenix Terra — Attraction in Phoenix

I’ll begin by highlighting that everything at this resort exudes a captivating resort-style aesthetic:—From the spacious entryway, the welcoming atmosphere created by the employees, the pool layout, the indoor AND outdoor (w/ garage style and outdoor yoga space on a high-rise floor) gym, the property design, and the numerous available rooms to privately reserve at no extra cost (including a poker speakeasy, a tequila room, study/office rooms, and private outdoor grilling areas with comfortable seating and provided utensils…and they take care of the cleaning for you!) all contribute to the overall appeal of this property. The units are also affordable and spacious, as they offer a studio layout with more square footage than some of the one-bedroom units.

Klara, a leasing specialist, was incredibly welcoming and efficient in completing an entire appointment with me on a last-minute basis. Her exceptional customer service and proactive approach to assisting me throughout the application process were truly remarkable. I felt that every interest or concern I expressed was meticulously listened to and addressed.

There’s no reason why I shouldn’t have signed a lease here, except that I was eager to move into an apartment sooner rather than later for an upcoming job, and my income requirement needed further approval here. I chose a different property that was conveniently located near my new job. Klara was incredibly informative and helpful in providing details about the monthly activities they offer at no cost. Her genuine desire to treat people with kindness and respect was evident in every interaction.

I genuinely hope to encounter this management again in the future, as I can only envision how delightful my experience living there...

I have lived in downtown Ave Terra for nearly a year now. When I first toured the apartment, my first impression was how friendly and professional the staff were, including front desk staff, leasing staff, the manager, and even maintenance! The apartment complex is very clean and that is very important to me since so many people live in apartment complexes. I take advantage of the amenities such as the grill, jacuzzi, and most importantly the gym. The gym has every machine you could need and its spacious & I genuinely love living here. Sounds like I am getting paid to write this but I am not haha. They did have some problems with fire alarms last year but they did everything they could & communicated with residents. I am releasing for another year. I am a 10 minute drive to work and walking distance to many restaurants such as The Vig & Pedal Haus Brewery. I have had good experiences with everyone but especially Clara, Taylor, and Alex! I will say my favorite thing about living here is that it gives mature calm vibes. The place is very updated, clean and quiet. Residents are not disrespectful for rowdy. And the walls are thick so you get so much privacy (which was also a big factor for me). The complex has a gated parking garage as well (with an additional fee of course), which is 3 floors so it is impossible not to find a paking spot. We recently moved into our new apartment at Ave Terra, and our experience has been absolutely amazing, thanks in large part to Ahliza. From the very first interaction, she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She gave us a thorough tour of the complex, highlighting all the amenities and making sure we felt comfortable and informed. The apartment itself and the building's features were impressive, but having such a friendly and attentive leasing agent really sealed the deal for us.

Leading up to our move, Ahliza maintained excellent communication with us, answering all of our questions promptly and making the process smooth and stress-free. When we arrived on move-in day, we were greeted by a thoughtful welcome gift and a handwritten card, which made us feel truly appreciated and at home.

Now that we've been living here for about a month, the exceptional service hasn't stopped. We've received thoughtful follow-ups from Ahliza, checking in to ensure everything is going well and to see if we need anything.

Overall, this experience has been a solid 10/10. If you've ever dealt with apartment living, you know how crucial it is to have a great leasing team, and the staff here is nothing short of amazing.
