Maricopa County Passports — Attraction in Phoenix

Amazing Service!! Great Customer Service... When processing my passport application. I went ahead and did a Online-Appointment at this location a day prior (it was super easy just pick the Location, Time and book it) and a email would be send to you as reminder.

There was no waiting line, it was not crowded, street side parking lot available. Personnel was friendly and helpful with my questions. From the time that i arrived to finish in took about maybe 20 minutes.

If you have aditional questions or concerns call them, they are really knowledgeable.... verify the correct amount for book/card Or both passports because that would have to be presented in Money Order, the other fee can be taken as cash/card. *There is no passport photos services at this location. (Walgreens, CVS, can take passport photos)

*Make your own copies of what was requested, if not it would be a small fee per page and they will make the copies for you.

REMEMBER your passport would come separate from the other Original documentation that...

Yesterday afternoon at window number 6 the lady that work's there took my wife's case and asked her some personal questions that i know shouldn't be asked, especially involving her pregnancy right now that shouldn't concern her right now. She was very rude close to the end of the appointment saying she was gonna leave if i wasn't there before 5 because i had to go get cash out of the atm since her card scanner wasn't working, also told my wife that some other person could assist her if she wasn't there by 8am to 10 am saying "it's not my problem if you guy's don't make it" We went today again in the morning 7/7/2022 and i wanted to talk to a supervisor to report that lady but i guess no supervisors at that those hour's..., who ever that lady is on window 6 made our day very...

I was told that instead of making copies of my very important documents they would keep them and send them to me via U.S mail. I felt reluctant to leave my old passport, birth certificate, divorce papers etc but they insisted they would be safe with them and that I should expect them in the mail in a separate envelope from my new passport. My new passport arrived but the supporting documents did not! I called the office and reported that I never received them and they basically don’t care. They said there’s nothing they can do about it!!! These documents should have been mailed to me in a more secure way such as signed receipt.
