Thursday 4/25 - I love the facility. I loved the doctor. But...

I had been going to Liquavidas in Florida. Several locations absolutely loved it.

It had been *six months (I am updating this as I called Liquivida in Florida yesterday and found out my last appointment was one year ago, and both Florida locations can attest to the fact that I have never complained about services). I let it completely wear off before I went. I've represented a plastic surgeon for 15 years before I retired five years ago. I know 100 units and how quickly it works on me.

She showed me the bottle, But then Went behind me to draw from the bottle. I said nothing because I start with trust. And because I've already had a trustworthy experience with Liquavidas in FL.

100 units completely freezes me. I notice it the next day (always) and then over the next three days. It takes me about 72 hours to get completely frozen especially after a six month gap.

There is not any difference this morning I have woken up this alarms me. Greatly. Because I'm leaving for a month for Europe I don't have time for follow up visits or to get sold up into the hundred units that I purchased on Groupon.

I am not your everyday customer. I am very very in tune with my body and how I respond to these toxins. So far, absolutely nothing which is not normal for me. And not in any of the areas. So my question becomes why show me the bottle if you don't draw it in front of me that felt like a shell game.

If I am dead wrong, I will come back and I will update this review to a five star. Until then, I'm a little shocked and a little unhappy.

Sat 5:30 am - zero freezing took photos at 24 hours and will again today at 2pm (48 hours) no change. (100 units freezes me SOLID for 45 days and results are within 72 hours)

PS their response is a cut and paste... I'm retired now, but I've represented over med spas, and a plastic surgeon. I have all the way to tell you that my face has not changed at all and that it always freezes within 72 hours with this work And I called Liquivida in FL and it's been one year since my last treatment six months. The other liquid can confirm that I am completely frozen and 72 hours and have never complained once

I will not leave my final Google review until it is 72 hours but on Monday if I still look exactly the same, I'm going to call and if they don't fix this, I will be asking Groupon for a refund

no Groupon review: BULLET POINTS BELOW FOR OVERVIEW. I want to say thank you to Dr. Cecilia M- Slychan for the wonderful experience and customer service I received. I think it’s extremely difficult to find providers in the MedSpa industry that don’t treat you like cattle or dismiss your concerns and give you a one size fits all solution. I am still in awe that someone took the time to really LISTEN to my concerns and my goals and create a plan tailored for me. I think there are many people that chase Groupons or deals and go from one provider to another to get their social media aesthetic fix without any regard to the potential risks or sound advice from the provider when they say “enough”. However, if you are looking for a provider who genuinely cares about what you have to say, your goals, your questions and how to get there, without being forced or corralled, then look no further than Dr. Cecilia .

Long Review Alert!! 🚨

This is the Medspa of all medspas. Not only are the treatments amazing, but the welcoming culture makes me feel at home every time I visit (which is a lot). I would list the MVPs here, but there isn’t a single person who works here that isn’t incredibly personable and great at what they do. I could go on and on about them, but let’s talk results:

Botox/Daxxify/Juveau/Exosomes: Dr. Cecilia is truly an artist. She gives me realistic expectations and then blows those expectations out of the water and always educates me well on each treatment. Because of the exosome treatment, my under eye troughs are not a concern anymore, and they bothered me for years!!! 🥹 Also, my wrinkles aren’t even a thing anymore 💅🏼

-IVs and injectables: Kim and Dr. Neely are adamant about finding the right vitamins that will address my concerns and leave me feeling amazing. I truly look forward to these every week. The NAD is worth every penny, everyone! My circadian rhythm, energy levels, brain fog, and overall mood have improved immensely. 💃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

-Sylfirm Fx/Laser: Dr. Neely made me look like a glowing angel with these treatments. Great for my acne and tightening of my skin. Dr. Neely loves making her patients feel healthy, strong, and beautiful and it shows! 💕🙆🏼‍♀️

Hormone Panel with Dr. Leah: I’m so sad she is moving away 🥺 but she found some elevated hormones that have helped me kickstart my medical dive into my anxiety. I look forward to continue working with their new doctor!🫶
