Horrible service and rude employees , as an Expert nail technician and more than 20 years of experience in salon management in Europe, Africa and Dubai this is the worst salon i never been in my long experience . I went to dv salon for mani-pedi wthout polish coulour the technician doesn't know even to remove the callous i had to finish her job and i had to scrub my feet !!!! when it comes to my manicure i had 2 tip with acrylic she doesn't know how she remove it, it was so painful when she tried to removed and like you see in the picture this is the result when i claimed to the manager she was so rude and ask me with an other rude custmer to don't come back ... do i have to pay a horrible service like that !!!???... as a custmer we pay money for the service, the nice welcome the cleanness and uniforms and i didn't find anything of those in this salon and on the top of that they speak their langage without any respect to any custmer. This type of salon they dont care about the custmer satisfaction they care only...

Went in for a gel mani and spa pedi. Had 2 techs who quickly had me seated in a massage chair having my nails cleaned and shaped while i was twisted in the chair. was not upsold much and once my toes were done I moved over to a table for painting portion of the mani. Done pretty quickly as a walk in and no wait time. Almost rushed. Good job on nails. Some small talk. 2nd visit, walked in on a Thursday at 1045am, and was sort of greeted with a what are you looking for? "Standard mani pedi." Followed by a muffled response. There were 6 chairs occupied so I started to look at colors. Then another tech says it will be a 1hr 20min wait (because they just redid the schedule). That would have left me missing lunch and rushing to work. I left with no services done. They disnt offer to make me an appointment...

Walked in for a gel manicure, nails painted for less than 3 year old & a full set for me. There was not a wait for the manicure or painted nails however there was a 20-minute wait for my full set. Nonetheless, it was a pleasurable wait as the staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely tolerant of my 3 year old who has more energy then a six pack of Red Bull.

The service was really good cleaned up all of are cuticles appropriately without cutting or nicking us one time. It was very clean as was the restroom. It was not designed like most nail salons where they are along the perimeter instead they were in the center. It felt very fresh in there.

There is ample free parking but none of it is shaded and unfortunately in this heat it would be a...
