Dollar General — Local services in Pigeon Forge

My main issue is basically the app and couponers. Smh I'm just trying to get things for my family and every week anything on sale is completely out and I see it on Facebook marketplace instead! I'd almost prefer to do away with that and just do without coupons so we can all get what we need. Otherwise the store is clean and the employees are kind and quick. I would also like to see the app match up better with prices at the different stores. I've seen some items that would be free or under a dollar be higher priced during a coupon week or big deal because their registers can't do free apparently even with the coupon. Smh I don't understand that either. It would be nice if they only released items like that on different days at different times every week or something to keep people from being able to use multiple phone numbers and email addresses to set up accounts to use coupons to get all of a product that they resale keeping families from saving money buying their monthly or weekly staples for...

Very convenient store, always enjoyed it. Until tonight, i work with public and i understand The closing time we walked in 8 minutes till close. Just need to grab something for my daughter when the older man and woman both decided to snarky say that they closed in 3 minutes, i said Your sign says 10, they come back saying no we close at 9:55. Then they continued to talk about it. So we took our business elsewhere. At my job we are not aloud to kick people out, id never make someone so uncomfortable that they won’t even make a purchase. Went there during the Rod Run the parking lot was full of old cars for people to look at. They had 4 parking spots for customers and they was full so instead of parking on the side that said no parking loading zone even though there was cars parked there already. I parked in the back and not in there 5 minutes was at the register paying for my stuff one of the employees came in with a picture of my car and someone else's saying he was gonna have it towed . 6 cars parked in back.
