I have thought about this review and how I should approach explaining our experience. I will be calling this location and hoping to speak to a manager, I only haven't done so because we just got back home from the trip today. We made our way upstairs and this photo shop is the first thing you see. My husband and I had talked about doing these photos so we figured it was our chance as no one else was there getting photographed and we had no wait. We were greeted by Jessica and I asked the price for the 2 of us, she stated it would be $29.99 the included one photo but for us to receive all of the photos taken the price started out at $49.99. My husband and I agreed to do this. She took us back, and gave me stockings, underwear shorts that go over your own underwear, and a dress that tied in the back. She was very personable and friendly, we had a really great time doing the photos, they were fun and we laughed and her edits turned out amazing!! It took her about 20 minutes to edit them so when she was done, she brought us in the room and showed us the shots, again, the were amazing and we wanted them! She had presented them in a slideshow format and she said if we wanted them, clicking the "Next" button, the cheapest package was $269.99 and the most expensive was almost $700.00. My jaw may have actually hit the floor. I said that was totally unexpected and she asked what I had expected, I explained I thought it would be around $100. After sitting and discussing with my husband, she said how about I let you have the package for $100 plus the sitting fee of $29.99? I said OK and still walked out of there paying $150. She told the guy at the front named Matthew, not to let anyone know she gave us the package for $100. When you are emailed the photos, you are given a password, ours did not work so I had to contact them to reset it, which was just another hassle. My boyfriend and I were looking into going to one of these Old Time Photos while on vacation. We saw this place had a very high rating so we decided to have our photos done here. When we got there we were told there would be a sitting fee but never told any other pricing for the photos. The lady that helped me into my outfit was super friendly and made feel comfortable with getting ready for the photoshoot. While I was getting ready, my boyfriend had about 20 photos shot by himself and in multiple poses and with many different props. Once it was my turn, I was told to sit & stay in the same position, was given 2 props to hold, and had 5 photos taken. After that we had couples pictures taken together. Once we got back to the room to see our pictures, I was disappointed & didn't like how my individual pictures turned out. They were very unflattering. We were actually a bit disappointed in the quality of the photos. Found out the starting rate on the photos were $150 just for the digital prints. This was a big thing we wanted to do on our trip and we had already spent the time to do the photoshoot that we decided to buy the photos. For the price of the photos, you should be able to preview the photos as they take them to see if you like them. Or if you need to switch your angle and position. Anything to improve the photos to your liking. The guy only added some effects to the 3 pictures we were getting printed and told us if we had photoshop, that we could edit the pics ourselves at home. Which I wasn't a fan of. We were also asked to leave a positive review online before we left the room which makes me wonder if that's why they have such a high rating. • EDIT * Here is my edited review of Old Time Photos: Based on my previous review which is listed below, the owner did reach out to me and made things right. Her, her husband, and her son offered for us to come back to explain the situation of what had happened at the store to them. Once we explained the situation they did everything in their power to make sure we were taken care of, and got what was promised at the first location. This family was super sweet, and took their time with my children and our family. I would recommend this place based on how the owner handled this situation, but I will also say to be sure you go to “Old Time Photo #5”. This is where we went for the issue to be addressed and resolved, and where everything was smoothed over. I want to thank them for taking their time to reach out and fix the issue. Thank you for making sure our family received a quality experience and pictures that will last a lifetime. They really are great business owners who care about the satisfaction of their customers and tourists.

Stay away from this place there so many others in the area that are better! We were told it would be 29.95 with tax for a picture of our two boys… they are 1 and 2 so getting them to pose of course was not the easiest but i told the lady i wanted a picture of them together. We did not get a picture together of the two of them and when we picked and extra photo to have one of each of them the price went from $29.95 to $120.00! Money scam! Also after taking the 8 pictures she did she joked how she was going to need to go to the bar herself after taking pictures of my boys! Just find another...
