In all my life, I’ve never had such a uniquely poor dining experience. Almost every facet of the experience was subpar. Sometimes, you have to wait an hour and a half, but the food is good when it arrives. Not here. Ridiculously slow and truly subpar. So, it must be budget friendly, right? Nope! Every meal is $12 or more for cheap, poorly-made bar foods. I got $12 loaded fries, didn’t get them until after most ppl in my party were finished eating, and they were literally burnt and left a gross taste in my mouth. The waiter refused to write anything down, despite it being a party of ten. So, I didn’t ask for what I really wanted, because I knew he was already struggling. Sure enough, when our food arrived—literally over an hour later—there were several mistakes. He then told us we didn’t get what we ordered because the menu had a misprint. …what? We were given 3 food menus for 10 people, and, if there is a drink menu, we never saw one. The dining room was full of empty tables full of dirty dishes despite there never being more than 3-4 tables needing service at one time. About the only positive was the waiter’s ability to appear friendly. He was incompetent, but he wasn’t outwardly rude. All the same, I visited a month and a half ago, and I was sitting here, states away, getting retroactively annoyed by how truly, uniquely poor the experience was, and how the reviews and the menu tricked us...

My husband and I were ignored several times by all of the staff, including the manager, from the moment we walked in. I watched other (all white) tables get served before we even received soft drinks, despite us ordering them before the other tables were even sat. I watched as 3 servers often asked other tables how everything was while not once treating us with the same courtesy. None of the servers came back to check on how the food was until we were mostly done. My husband took 2 bites of his burger, despite it being clear that it was a frozen patty and not an Angus burger cooked to order as the menu stated, and put it aside to send back. I even asked how the burgers were cooked before ordering and the waitress said well done without providing some clarity to what we were actually going to receive. This same waitress did not come back over to our table until she brought the check. At that time, my husband sent the burger back. The waitress advised that all they could do was remove the cost, never once asking if he wanted something else. My husband and I were on a short, long-overdue couples getaway and had intended to recap the night with a few beers and good food. We came here on a Saturday night at 9:30 and wanted a chicken bacon ranch pizza, which was 16 dollars and two beers at 4 dollars a piece. Our bill was 24 dollars and some change. We got this to go since we were staying in the hotel in which its located. We were told it would be 20 minutes but we waited an hour for our pizza and had to flag down the server to ask where the pizza was. She told us that she would check the warmer because she put some pizzas in there, and to our surprise, it was there, but cold because we weren't told about a warmer. We got back to our room and realized that the pizza wasn't right, and with more digging, the pizza wasn't even ours, not to mention it was burnt. We called back to ask them to remake it and they claimed we wanted a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread and thats what we were charged for, even though that would be 6 dollars cheaper than what we were charged for. The guy taking our order even asked if we wanted the pizza and not the Flatbread, which we told him we wanted pizza and not Flatbread. We were told that they would make the pizza and it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we finally got the right pizza, it had a topping on it I was allergic to, so I had to pick it off.
