One star cause my husband and sons enjoyed the track but i took my little one to the arcade. Between the track and arcade I spend roughly $100 for less than an hour of play. When my son cashed his tickets in every single ring pop we got was melted so I asked him if we could just get something else. Mind you I felt them before opening them I finally opened one to show him how nasty it was it was melted over the ring and had white bubbles on it. He goes “im not supposed to take that back and you opened it” I was like fr. Just point me to whose in charge or let me buy one. Like my 2yo just wants the sucker he earned from playing all the games. So the kid behind the desks takes it out of my hand and throws it away and starts helping someone else. Mind you we waited patiently for someone to finally come upfront. So after giving him time to help the other people my husband approached me and said the kids are ready to go and I said Im not leaving till he’s done helping them so he can give our son his sucker. Like I just want one that isn’t inedible. He comes over and goes “Jesus just tell me what you want I don’t care just so you can get out of here”. Mind you I never was rude. I never got loud. I was just insisting on my son deserved his .50 cent sucker that I paid a lot of money for him to win. Like at that point just kindly offer something else. Instead of being rude. I literally never try and complain. I understand they work with a lot of tourist but never was my energy negative. So 1 star and just for that I’ll go to one of the other many arcades and go kart tracks next time 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

My family and I will always visit this place when we are in Pigeon Forge. It's always super expensive to buy tickets for the rides and my daughter who is young, but looks as old as our teenage son, never gets to ride the go carts due to age. However, we had an amazing worker there who couldn't help but to let that sad little girl onto the elevated track. The first ride, I drove the doubleseated car with my daughter, up and down the hills, it scared me for a grown woman. The second round of riding, the worker allowed my daughter to ride BY HERSELF! 😵 We were out of tickets and money so there was no way I could send her on the track with not even one family member. BUT...the friendly worker not only let our teenager ride in a car behind her, he let me and my boyfriend ride too so we could "keep her safe". The guy was super awesome and sweet as can be, my daughter was super safe (leaving us in her dust and making other drivers crash) and had fun driving her first go cart. He definitley let our experience be better than it ever was before, he also was a lot more friendly than all of the other workers in that area.

We used to come here a lot when my kids were younger, so I thought they would love it. There are 7 kiddie rides. When we bought tickets, no one told us two were closed, and the swings were only for ages 4-7. Which is weird cause my 7 year old is taller and bigger than my 8 year old. So why it didn’t go by height or weight beats me. So we were left with 4 rides and instead of having fun, it felt like we were trying to just use up our tickets to not waste the money. The woman working the slide was just lazy and when my kids couldn’t hear her say they were aloud to go down the slide twice, it was like she was annoyed and really yelled at them. Between the go karts, the people, and the fan she had going, you can’t hear anything.

Horrible experiences while go karting on 7/6/16 at their facility, and no one on site seemed to care. And no one from management has responded to my attempts to contact them.

First, my 12 year old daughter was rear ended with such force when she was doing what the staff told her to do, that the cart she was in had to be taken out of service due to the damage. At the end of her session, she was instructed to remain in her kart until everyone was off the track which she did. She had undone her seat belt/shoulder straps since no one instructed her to leave them on. The last kid to come in, rammed directly into her kart with NO braking causing ALL the cars in line to experience the impact. The kid then got out of his kart laughing. The staff said nothing to him or his parent, no consequences. They ignored the fact that my daughter was in tears, clutching the back of her neck and had the wind knocked out of her. Totally unacceptable. I had to even PAY for ice from the concession to put on her neck.

Second, since my daughter was no longer feeling well enough to use her tickets, my husband accompanied my 14 year old son on 2 karting sessions on a different track. On the last session, a kart had apparently broken down on the track and my husband attempted to swerve out of the way and luckily only rubbed up against it. The staff didn't slow anyone down or stop the race. As he and the others came around the track again, the kart was STILL on the track and an employee was standing on the kart working on the broken down kart ON the track. My husband once again swerved to miss him, and the employee picked up the metal pole used to lift the karts and threw it across the track at my husband while screaming something unintelligible. It narrowly missed my husband's head and easily could have killed him. As my husband pulled off the track, visibly shaken, 4 employee thugs surrounded him and began threatening him. My husband walked away from them. I immediately spoke with "Kevin" who was working that track, and his responses were sadly apathetic. Since there was no management available to discuss what happened, I explained that my only recourse was to warn others of the dangerous people they employ.

So to the owners/management of Fast Tracks, your staff has created a dangerous environment for your customers. Members of your staff apparently have "anger issues" and are increasing your liability for injuries by making poor choices on your behalf. We spent well over $100 at your facility, and it would have been even more. But our expectations of a fun afternoon were cut short because of the mismanagement...

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any business anywhere. After our ride this morning, an unprofessional and disrespectful employee named David approached us in a threatening way and accused us of bumping, then told us we were no longer allowed to ride. We were stunned, and we responded respectfully that yes, a number of drivers were bumping, and we were doing our best to stay out of their way, but David continued to be downright hateful to my children. Our family is respectful and courteous, and we make every effort to do the right thing by everyone. David was clearly punishing the wrong people, and he refused to listen or even try to be nice. I found the manager, Mikey, and explained the situation, and he made no apologies. We finally requested a refund for our unused tickets, and he partially refunded our payment. We left shocked and upset. I’m not sure what kind of business this is, but David and Mikey are running off good people who are trying to have fun in a safe way. (The exception is the wonderful lady selling tickets in the booth near the pro track...she even gave us an apologetic wave as we were leaving.) We will take our money elsewhere and encourage everyone else to do the same. I can’t remember ever having worse customer service or being treated so unfairly. We are a military family, and we chose this business because we heard they offer a military discount, but we ended up wasting money for a terrible experience. I suppose Fast Tracks continues to operate because of unsuspecting tourists like us. Buyer beware. If you want a happy and fun day, go to The Track or anywhere...
