Wildside Bowls Pleasant Grove — Attraction in Pleasant Grove

I really love Wildside! The bowls are delicious and really hit the spot. I'd love to get a bowl once a week but man do I wish the service was better! The workers are always really nice and friendly but this location is incredibly slow. I'm usually wanting to pick up my bowl on the way to work but I've learned the hard way numerous times that if I don't order 30 - 40 minutes ahead of when I intend to pick up my order I will be late for work. I've had multiple experiences where I've arrived to pick up my bowl and although there are no other customers in the place, and my order was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago, my bowl hasn't even been started on. This past week I placed an order for a 9:45am pickup time and when I arrived 20 minutes past my pickup time they were still in the process of making my order. This is pretty inconvenient and some weeks it deters me from ordering at all because I don't want to be late for work. So great food but the service could be improved. If you're out having a lazy day and can wait it's worth it, but if you have somewhere you need to be I'd place your order at least 30 minutes before you intend to pick it up to ensure you get in and...

I usually love Wildside Bowls, they’re my favorite açaí bowls around. However, the last three times I’ve visited, I’ve had the same frustrating issue. I always order extra coconut( it is SO GOOD ) and peanut butter, and each time, they’ve forgotten both. I end up having to go back to the counter to ask for the peanut butter, but by then the bowl is already made, and I miss out on the coconut .
