Mandalay Tobacco — Attraction in Port Hueneme

Mike, the owner is a very professional, and in my opinion, very reasonably priced, honest, and reliable when it comes to business. He is hard working as you will notice he usually is the only person ever working from open to close. I’ve been a longtime customer for years now and will go out of my way to make my tobacco purchases from his small business even if it is more convenient or cheaper (not likely), to shop at a location closer to my current residence. I’ve never had any negative experience with this individual or business over the years and have as the pleasure of getting to now Mike on a personal level and have come to consider him a friend more than just someone I choose to do business with. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is willing to give Mike the opportunity to provide you with the very best possible business experience offered by any tobacco shop in this county. He will never be able to make a price high enough for him to lose my business. As his decision to put my personal well being above his own business and financial gain, by continually offering the best and most sincere positive advice without judgement, and most importantly his genuine care for my family, on a personal level has earned him my lifetime loyalty as a customer and personal respect as a man. Its quite honestly unfortunate that individuals who do business like Mike, at Mandalay Tobacco, are a rare find. I am truly glad that I have had the pleasure of being able to have the opportunity to continue to be a among the lucky individuals who have chosen to shop at Mandalay Tobacco and it’s the very least I can do to thank Mike for the way he chooses to do business and conduct himself as a good human being. I rarely write reviews or recommendations for businesses, as I have rarely encountered the level of customer service and genuine care for their customer services provided that would warrant such a recommendation. But I would never recommend a business unless i meant it, and Mike at Mandalay Tobacco deserves the support of this community especially at times like this when small business owners are suffering from the current state of the economic shutdown. I received no compensation for my personal opinions nor would I ever compromise my integrity by accepting any such offers. I’ll be ending this review with a few words of wisdom.

Smoke more, Drink more, and smile more. Life is short enough to be anything but kind to yourself and others. Especially if the end is in fact near. Even if it’s not, that’s still the best advice I’ve ever given and/or heard. You’re welcome.

Legit the best customer service. Mike is an awesome person, who has a lot of knowledge about cigars and vapes. BEST selection of vapes in town! He was really nice and trying to help in anyway he can to get me the best cigars. I really love the storeroom was very organized. The price range is really good good.
