I did not have a great experience with Amy, I had lip filler done for the first time, she did 1 full syringe, came back 10 days later and my lips looked exactly the same before the filler. Did another half syringe which I could tell immediately it was a different filler used as it felt thicker and burned a little. When I came back for a 30 day check up my lips were still sore and swollen, she mentioned possibly dissolving we waited another 30 days and the swelling had gone down and I was not as sore however this time she didn't even come in the room only her assistant. Anytime I have been in to see her it was rushed and felt dismissed. I went to see a new injector for a consult who spent 45 mins with me taking pictures, looking at all my concerns and also addressing some she saw which was my lips! New injector said that I most likely am not a good lip filler candidate more surgical, also noted that my upper lip jetted out over the lower so the filler wasn't evenly distributed to the lower lip and the volume loss around my mouth should have been addressed at the time of the lip filler also. I also had Botox done in my forehead and between brows, when I came back for the 30 day check in (same time as lips) my one eyebrow was higher than the other, the other eyebrow moved when I talked which she corrected but then said well maybe you are not a good candidate for Botox in those areas. With all of that said I have no confidence in Amy as my injector, I went to her because of all the great reviews, and I know others personally who see her so maybe she just doesn't work for me as an injector. I don't think she really took the time with me, as I said I felt rushed and not happy with my results, and I wasted a ton of money. I also had the Neogen PSR treatment which it's been almost a year and I have not seen any improvement or changes to my face and neck so again more money wasted, If you are thinking of having it make sure to speak to people who actually had the treatment and see their results do not go by pictures in the office which are basically all over the internet. Lastly, my overall experience with the office has been negative. I have had appts cancelled because they wanted to move to another time which I couldn't make the new time, and I have been asked to come in earlier and would end up sitting there until the original appt time. Staffing seems to be an issue also as I noticed at least 4 people have left since I started going there...

I went for consultation to do my under eyes darck circle and dark spots on my face( sun damage) I have met with Mary Laura, She was not professional at all I told her I did laser for the under eyes before and I wanna continue my sessions she told me I will send you email to search about the laser you had before. But I knew she gonna say we can not do it in our spa cuz she asked me about my Heritage to know what is my skin tone but it wasn’t about my skin tone It was my accent that she didn’t like.. I just wanna let her know that I didn’t come for only my under eyes it was my skin too need to be treated if you wanna keep your customers suggest a different spa for the under eyes and offer a treatment for my skin. This is called professional customer service and by the way I went to a different laser spa and they gonna do my under eyes with fraxel laser which I think you have it in your spa. I have known Dr Carlino for many years and have the utmost trust in him. Last year, I went for a consultation for a CO2 laser to tighten and plump up my skin. He discussed with me a better procedure that he was offering, Neogen. After talking about how Neogen works and showing me the before and after photos (wow) I was very interested in giving it a try. I am so glad I did. Mallory, who is very experienced, did the procedure and, as usual, made me very comfortable. I will be honest, for the first few months I did not see much result. But at about the 6 month mark, I noticed my eyes were noticeably more open and wider, my upper cheek bones, where crows feet usually grow, looked and felt tighter, and my jawline was more pronounced.
