Office Depot — Attraction in Rancho Cucamonga

Bad service. Over a week ago I Went to place order for business card. Waited for over 2 hours before the girls were able to type & place the order. It's been over a week. I called them if I can pick up the order. I was told no order was placed. I was told to come in so they can help me. I went there, I was told again to come back another day because it's takes time to type the business card & place the order. I have placed order for business cards multiple times either Office Depot on Foothhill. Why can this be saved so the employees don't have to worry about re-typing ever time order is placed especially if the employees don't really know what to do. I'm sure the first who told me she placed the order & even collected my credit card didn't know how to do it. That's why it took her more 2 hours. Sloppy...

I never have issues shipping anywhere else but here it's just constant issues. Things don't get scanned for days, or disappear to reappear later, or just always something. Only from this location though not the one on Campus. And there are two people behind the shipping counter that are so very slow which is an issue when there's a bunch of employees standing up by the registers doing nothing and there's a bunch of people waiting to be helped. The older woman and one of the guys often act like they dont see you. Infact I think the kid's name was Alex, but he's the only one in the shipping and printing area that is helpful. If you want then talking about you in the personal radios walk around they’ll think your stealing. I went to print my live scan form out and the woman leaned over the counter to see what I was grabbing I was looking for a stylist pen and to print a live scan form. I wasn’t not greeted when I walked in the store she looked me up and down saw how I was dressed and proceeded to watch me. She even had the young slimmer man with hair on the opposite side watching me so hard he forgot to help a woman at the counter. $0.66 cents and I get to be talked about on the employee radio because I don’t fit whatever dress code or standards your employees feel is uncomfortable and I...
