Ortho Mattress — Attraction in Rancho Cucamonga

My wife and I drive a truck for a living, and we put quality of sleep high on our priority list. A few weeks ago, we were looking for a high end Twin XL mattress to put in our truck to replace our 12 year old Tempur Pedic. My wife and I team, so we needed a mattress that will be slept and sat on 24/7. When we entered Ortho Mattress, we were greeted by Daniel, whose energy and enthusiasm suggested he was glad to be there, and it became obvious he knew Ortho Mattress' product line, as well as that of other brands. Daniel showed us various mattresses that matched what we had, and explaining the various materials and builds and how they would benefit our individual sleep needs, especially while moving in a big rig truck. He also explained to us the amazing 10 and 25 year warrantys, depending on what style mattress we chose. We chose an Ortho brand spring-style mattress with materials that maximized the body's ability to stay cool. The delivery was set-up for this weekend, so we brought our tractor truck to the Ortho parking lot, where Daniel assisted us in loading our new mattress into our truck. In the process of finalizing our transaction, my wife was laying on a similar mattress that we were purchasing, and commented on how the base elevated her back and head into a comfortable position. We originally thought that such a base would not work in our truck, taking up far too much space! Daniel directed us to a mattress that had an adjustable, motorized base that was about 4" high, a system that would definitely fit the bedspace in our truck! This will greatly improve an already wonderful mattress by elevating the head and/or the feet to better improve positioning and comfort. We ordered that, and will be installing it into our truck in a few weeks when we're back in town! If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible experience! I purchased a mattress set from here Aug. 2016 and 5-6 months into it, I could feel and hear the springs inside the mattress! Just laying on the mattress and breathing I can hear the springs! Which was pretty surprising to me considering the fact that I spent somewhere in the $500-700 range on just the mattress and box spring alone. They weren’t the most expensive set, but definitely not the cheapest set either and I figured it would last me a few years at least . 1 year later, my boyfriend and I both now experience back and neck pain and even headaches. We don’t sleep well at all! The springs are extremely uncomfortable and pretty painful to sleep on. The floor would be more comfortable, honestly. Horrible place that sells horrible mattresses! I DO NOT recommend! I will definitely be replacing as soon as possible. And when I do, I will be back to dump off this garbage they sold to...

Zaman is the man! We came directly from two other mattress chain stores before coming in. The other places were more fixated on selling their overstock or completely ignoring our needs and pushing the most expensive thing on the floor.

You need to go here first because you won’t need to go anywhere else!!! No sales pressure, he really listens to your needs, and the best prices around!!! The 10 year warranty also covers if your bed sinks down as little as 1 inch! No other place I know of does this and it’s included in the price.
