Nestled within the bustling tapestry of urban life, Seafood City Super Market emerges as a beacon of culinary delight. This Filipino supermarket chain transcends the ordinary, offering an extraordinary experience for both the discerning connoisseur and the curious epicurean. The heart and soul of Seafood City lie in its seafood section, a veritable symphony of aquatic treasures. Here, you will encounter a mesmerizing array of marine offerings, each gleaming with freshness. From the opulent opah to the delicate escolar, the selection is a testament to the bounty of the ocean. Whether you seek prawns to grace your paella or the elusive uni for your sushi masterpiece, this market invariably delivers. Quality is paramount in this emporium of edibles. Customers will find themselves immersed in a sensory journey, where the briny scent of the sea mingles with the vibrant hues of meticulously displayed seafood. While the treasures of the deep may be the main attraction, Seafood City is no one-trick pony. Wander the aisles and be transported to the heart of Asia, where a world of ethnic groceries unfolds. Shelves laden with exotic spices, rare condiments, and authentic ingredients invite culinary exploration. It's a haven for those who seek authenticity in their gastronomic endeavors. The ambiance of Seafood City is not one of opulence but authenticity. Expect no frills; instead, anticipate a bustling marketplace where the soul of a community thrives. The market's vibrant chaos is part of its allure, a reminder that here, food is a celebration of life. Prices at Seafood City Super Market are remarkably reasonable, often surprising the thrifty shopper with their affordability. Frequent promotions and competitive pricing make this establishment an excellent destination for both culinary enthusiasts and budget-conscious families. As with any venture, the quality of customer service may vary, but many patrons have found the staff to be knowledgeable and accommodating. They are often more than willing to guide customers through the myriad of products and offer valuable insights into their usage. Seafood City is a haven for those who seek not only the finest seafood but also the ingredients and spirit of Asian cuisine. 1 hour & 20 min. drive with traffic...

i always come here ALMOST every wednesday & friday, cause thats the day they get their new seafood in stock!! and OHHHh they're blue crabs are always FAT!! make sure to pick the heavy ones, i always get stares when my mom tries to get some crabs, only she's brave enough to get them. i mostly chicken out when im doing them myself hahah, you can also ask for help if you're afraid to get bit lol.

Jollibee is just a hit or miss, they're sometimes fast and slow, only when you come at the right time, the crowd slows down if you come after lunch and 1 hour before closing.. of course lol, but i love chicken joy so i'd come to peak hours or not, no matter what. if you buy a bucket and asked for an extra small gravy its free., i used to complain how they used to charge me but im surprised they're free now. i was furious when i bought a bucket of chicken and the gravy that comes with it is half-filled, so thats why i usually ask for extra gravy.

Grill City, their bbq is the bomb, and their mahi-mahi special is pretty good too, but based on my experience, dont bother their palabok, it taste like crap, stale noodles. blah!

Mini Cha2o - they have redbull boba!! i didnt try it though but it sounds interesting, not sure if this whole establishment is still there cuz everytime i stop by, they're always closed. but the service is slow, in case when you see a girl managing the cashier, stay nearby her cause her voice is not very loud, i was called 3x until a guy actually pointed me out.

Red Ribbon & Valerios, my 2 bakery stop.

they give out free calendars at the end of the year, i guess its a tradition now, and always bring your suki card for...

Seafood City Supermarket in Rancho Cucamonga is my ‘go to’ when I need to find ingredients that my local Asian markets don’t have in stock.

Seafood City is a Filipino grocery store with locations all throughout California and some parts of Las Vegas, NV. They also have a location in these cities: Chicago, IL; Tukwila, WA; and Waipahu, HI.

Inside the marketplace, you’ll find: Jollibee, a boba shop, Grill City, Red Ribbon Bakeshop, and Valerio’s Tropical Bakeshop. It’s like the Filipino version of Mitsuwa Marketplace (Japanese market + shops) in Costa Mesa.

Like any typical grocery store, they carry produce, seafood, meats, liquor, dry and canned goods, frozen foods, snacks and candies, and much more.

The items I shop for are mainly ingredients I need for cooking, such as coconut milk, kalabasa (Kabocha squash), sitaw (Chinese long beans), and other items.

Pro-Tip: Download their SFC+ (“Ess Epp See Plus”) app to earn and use “Suki” points with your QR code. I believe the app gives you $5 off the first time you use the app/QR code (not sure if there’s a minimum purchase).

Also, I enjoy the classic OPM (Original Pilipinas Music) songs that they play and I’ve found myself to use SoundHound to help me search the song. You may have caught me dancing in the aisles on the CCTV while shopping here, hehe.

Overall, lots of items to choose from. Sometimes their products are stocked in a different place than where it was on a prior visit so you really do have to search (example: banana chips). I’ve always had really nice workers help me here. And I will 90% of the time find...

This place used to be really good. I really enjoy making homemade sushi and this use to be a store where I could find almost every ingredient I needed. Recently the cleanliness and store stock has just been going down hill. They’ve been getting rid of a lot of they’re stock and it’s becoming harder and harder to find stuff I need. The cleanliness has also taken a nose dive. I’ve walked in and there has been a live crawfish walking around the store, getting kicked around by workers just ignoring it. Why would you want customers to see that? Just yesterday I went to buy some ingredients and when I got home I noticed black mold growing around the rim of the masago (fish eggs) container that I had bought. When the container was opened a putrid smell came out of it, needless to say it found a new home in the trash can. When I went to sit down and enjoy my meal I also opened a container of seaweed salad, which is weighed out and packaged by them, took a bite and noticed it tasted a little funny. Upon checking the date I noticed it was A WEEK OLD??? (Shown in the attached picture)Why are you guys selling old fish products and other items that can make people sick? At this point you’re simple just being lazy and not checking the dates on the items you sell. Lastly when passing by the produce I noticed the bananas they had were practically rotten and riddled with fruit flies. Moral of the story don’t shop here unless you want to end up in the hospital with severe food poisoning.
