I started from Marymoor Park, the first section after the bridge at Marymoor Park until the next bridge going back over to the other side of the Sammamish river isn't too interesting after that it gets better, there's some art and you see the river more, which helps. There are also sections that go off the main trail with nice flowers. It's a good option for a weekend walk.
