Willow Market Y Carniceria — Attraction in Redwood City

On 10/15/20 5pm I ordered, by phone, 3 tortas. When I went to go pick up the food, the cashier was being rude to me. When I came home to eat, 2 of the 3 Tortas were cold and the bread was to hard. I then called to let them know so they could be careful in the future but the lady who answered the phone was really rude, and aggressive and very defensive. I went there today, only one cashier, super slow!! The line went to the back of the store, if you want to eat something fast or drink cold beer this is not the place for you. They last a long time to attend without forgetting the Fridays of check cashing, my God, an eternity! The owner should put two cashiers like when he started. but I think saving more money is more important than customer service. I definitely won't...
