I went in here several times during my visit to Reno in October. Each time I went, I truly enjoyed the place. They've got a great rotating selection of beers on tap, and the bartenders are all Johnny on the Spot with the refills when you're at the bar playing. I enjoyed all of the bartenders, though unfortunately Ryan's is the only name I can remember. I wish I could remember the other two so I could give all three of them props for how great they are. One of the women brings her dog to work. I know some people wouldn't like that, but I'm NEVER against having a mellow dog wandering around the premises! I was bummed that I got the last pint from the Tahoe Blonde keg. I was looking forward to that particular beer from my last visit to Reno, and it was quite difficult to find on this trip. Got a burger on one of the visits, and found it perfectly fine for the price. No complaints on the food at all. Several locals frequent the bar, and all of them were super friendly and welcoming. They would see I was from out of town, come over to introduce themselves, then have me come over to meet their friends. The paytables on the video poker were good - 9/5 on double double bonus. The one-star reduction is more of a product of the location rather than anything anybody in the establishment is doing. They were frequently dealing with people coming in from the street who didn't need to be in there. I felt bad for them a few times because the interactions could get aggressive. Overall, this was probably the place I spent the most time at during my visit and it will certainly be one of my destinations should I return to Reno anytime soon.

Nice small casino located in downtown Reno across the street from the Harrah’s. No table games here only slot machines. Also got a grill type restaurant in the back with great deals. They also have alcoholic slushy type drinks at the Bar with many different flavors to chose from as well. As far as the slot machines it’s hit or miss just like any other type of casino. I did notice my money did last a bit longer playing at their other property, the Cal Neva about a half block away. If you’re downtown and on foot the slushy drinks are a must try.

As they are not allowed at the Caesars Row properties next door, this a local bar where the riff raff are welcome. It has a few coin machines a snack bar that is rarely open, and an unleashed ankle biter. I love dogs but that poor dog will die soon from lung cancer. It is in the same family as the Cal Neva. Both of these places could use a buy out and implosion. Not up to today's standards. Go see for yourself. Unsure how they have a 4 rating but be careful at this establishment.

This place is disgusting, I thought the little nugget was bad but it can definitely get worse.

I was walking from Circus circus to silver legacy to Eldorado. I was showing a friend the casino's.

After we got to the Eldorado I start getting hungry. I have an allergy to wheat products nothing deadly just stomach cramps. I always crave a burger once in a while and as I was heading to the little nugget I started passing this place with a sign showing this great looking burger.

Normally all I ask is If they can make my burger with out the bun every restaurant they get it and Either they ask me if I just want it as a carb free or they ask how and I just tell them same just no bun. Everyone always get it right. Most will just throw extra lettuce in the box or rap everything in lettuce.

For the most part they get it and if they don't I don't make a big deal out of it as I know it's not their fault I can't eat wheat so if they get it wrong I don't ask for anything more I just eat because I feel bad about asking them in the first place. I wish I can eat normally I think most do but we work with what we have.

So I ask the guy if I can have this burger in the picture he tells me yes it's the whatever burger.

I tell him cool, then ask him if he can just make it with out the buns because I'm allergic to wheat. He tells me "what you want it's a burglar it has buns, what I'm I Supposed to give you a box with a Burger patty" just at that moment he decided to spit on the side of the kitchen floor.

Well I told him yeah that's fine just put everything in the box just no buns thanks.

He takes my money and decides to start spitting in the kitchen once more.

The hole time he was making my food and everyone else's food he wouldn't stop spitting on the kitchen floor.

He handed me the box, walked out and put it in the trash.

I feel sorry for the guy, I'm not sure why he decided this was ok, or he was just never shown the proper way of handling food.

I will be calling the general manager tomorrow morning and letting them know he needs more training.

But luckily I know a few people that work for the city funny thing they work as food inspector in Reno. They will be receiving a call as well. The employee will not be named as I think this is the business not training properly on how to handle food.

Little nugget is very clean compared...

i was like why is this on my draft list.... then i remember the good times i had with wifey... . originally we were going to cal neva - but then i saw the hh list and specials by the front door, i was like umm lets check it out. When we got in, it was busy packed, so there was some waiting for the drinks. I believe it was 2 bucks for a pint of microbrew - add a 1 buck for a well shot of whiskey, tequila, gin and etc. Wait a min - micro brew for 2 bucks, yeah, you read that right. . wifey was like lets go and gamble some where - when i found the right price range with good quality, i know i am going no where til i am done - which gambling wasn't even on my mind no more because of this great deal. This hh is 7 days a week, if you happen to be in reno come stop by for a quick drink. . Overall it was a hidden gem that we walked by and went in, not even expecting this to be a great experience, but raving it all night to our friends about this spot. One thing we didn't like much about this spot was the bathrooms - they had it locked due to random bums going in, so if you need to use the restroom, go ask the bartender to buzz you in. Well if you been here and if there is something i am missing out on that i didn't know, please comment and let me know, if there's something better leave me a comment. Thanks for reading and have a...
