Brittany is the BEST! The gym and working out can be so intimidating!!! I avoided the gym, I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and frustrated with what I couldn’t do. This year I decided I was ready to make some big changes in my health but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge and encouragement from someone else. From day one, she has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. I felt so comfortable with her our first consultation and it was as if we were already friends. Justin, Bailey and their pup Paco are also extremely welcoming and supportive. They may not be my trainers but they still cheer me on and congratulate me on my accomplishments! I’m always in such a hood mood when I know I’m heading to Results Gym. Brittany really encourages me to keep pushing and always encourages proper rest and good eating habits. I never feel afraid to tell her I slipped up and inhaled a massive burger during the weekend because she does NOT judge and assures me it’s okay to have cravings sometimes. She gives me high fives, positive words and would modify exercises to meet me where I am. She encourages me to push my limits because she KNOWS I am stronger than I think I am and I get so excited when I succeed! She has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including healthier food choices I can make. In one month I lost almost 4% body fat!! Everyone sees a huge difference in my body and mental health ever since I started training with Brittany. I feel stronger, happier and healthier. I even stepped foot into the massive crunch gym by myself on a day I wasn’t scheduled with Brit and felt so comfortable doing my workouts she reached me. Read moreBest decision I made last year to start working with Justin at Results Gym!! I have been going to Results for about 90 days now and while I am seeing great results with my strength and the way my body is transforming. The thing I like the most about it is all the accessory work that we are doing. These are things that I just would not end up doing on my own. When I first started going I had been working out by myself and not consistent enough to see the results that I wanted. I thought having a trainer would hold me accountable and make me go, which it has, but the benefits of working with Justin have been far more than accountability. When I first showed up I was having routine lower back pain and was walking like I was 30 years older. After strengthening my glutes and abductors the way I am moving is a night and day difference and has helped me in all areas of life. He opened my mind to what I was eating and how to track it and get the best results as well as my activity level outside of the gym. Justin is a true professional who will analyze your needs and put together a program to work on your weaknesses and make you stronger. I’ve lost body fat while gaining muscle, I’m stronger, healthier, and happier. No crazy cardio, I strength train 3-4 x week for less than an hour, and have daily step goals.

The best part is Bailey adapts everything to my needs, when I’ve been super stressed with work and struggling to eat enough she’s there to support. When I travel and need workouts, she’s there. When I can’t do a lot of exercises regular because of a lot of old injuries and asymmetry in my body, she makes everything about growing strength where I need it and changing exercises to help me get better every day.
