Christmas Light Professionals — Attraction in Salt Lake City

We thought they did a great job with installation until the take down happened and we noticed damage to our BRAND NEW HOME. We kindly called and they came out and took pictures. We received a call from the owner stating he would take care of it by the end of Feb. It is now approaching the end of March and we have yet to have it repaired. Our HOA is upset with us due to the damage as well. We call and leave messages however we never get a call back. To me this is very unprofessional. You don't tell a customer something and then never follow through. We would never recommend this company to others.

Yea you wish you contacted us within a week. You never even came out to our home until after march. how is that a week??? We contacted you the first of January and had to fight to get a response from you. Your ridiculous and so is your company. We didn't want him to replace our vent because he wanted to take it out (ruining our wood around it) and he wanted to take our vent for a few weeks. So what we just want a huge gaping hole on our home letting wind and rain and snow into our attic. No I don't think so. And to top it all of he gave us an ultimatum. Take our post on google down or no check. Really!! Pathetic. And the scratches and dents were visible from the road. This is the second year I have used Christmas Light Professionals. The first year they were amazing. Quick and did everything they were suppose to do. This year I recommended them to my neighbor and they used them for their lights too. I had them store my lights last year which was very convenient. Problem was that this year they brought and installed the wrong lights. They said it was a mix up at the warehouse and would come back at a later date to install. A week goes by...no word. So I call and talk to them and they say they have me rescheduled for the next week. Ok. great. An apology would have been nice. Long story short they came and put up brand new lights. Chandler and Aili did a great job(they were not the same two that came before) and the lights look great. I did have to tell them what I wanted though. I wish the company had taken the time to inform their employees about what was going on and what needed to be done so I didn't have to do it. But they really do look good. Hopefully next year it will go a little smoother...

I found Christmas Light Professional on google. I liked the website I saw so I called went through the set up and the next morning I had a quote that was very reasonable. Between the lights and labor and time it was well worth this to have it done professionally. It’s took them literally 25 actual minutes to do this and it probably would have taken me days and way more money to do this myself. Now we have custom lights that are perfectly straight and no extra wires hanging all over the place. I didn’t really know what to expect never doing this before but May and Mike where awesome and very friendly they came over and made the process easy and clean. They where respectful of my home and they did a great job. Thank you Christmas light pros. Now next year all I have to do is set an appointment, pay labor and boom they are up again. Or we can have it customized all over again if we choose. Pretty much any option you can think...
