Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve lived in these apartments for nearly 2 years now and Iāve grown increasingly unhappy with them. Covid shut down all amenities and the prices keep going up.
⢠They increased rent by $100 without telling anyone in the middle of a pandemic, the only way you would know is when you went to re-sign your lease. 3 months later, also in a pandemic, they took away our complimentary parking spot and are making us pay $75 a month for an amenity we used to get included with our unit. ⢠Gym is tiny and is only open during normal business hours; so if you work a full time job you can forget being able to use it. It used to be open 24/7 but it was changed to only business hours with no indication if it will ever return. ⢠Pool is nice, but has been closed for over a year without any compensation for residents. (Sometimes I forget there even is a pool its been so long since it's been open.) ⢠The rooftop patio is also nice, but it closes at 10 PM and gets blasted by the sun until nearly 9 pm in the summer, making it a very small window of comfortable usability. ⢠Any unit on the Southwest side of the building better be prepared for loud trucks from the adjacent meat packing place and constant screaming until 1 AM every night from the bar right next door which has a back patio that butts up against one of the apartments courtyards. This, and the very thin floors and walls mean you better be a heavy sleeper... ⢠Donāt leave valuables in your car in the parking garage. They say they have security but it doesnāt stop anyone from breaking into your car in a supposedly locked parking garage.
After all of that, the apartments are still very nice, the location is great (other than the bar), and the office staff are nice. But at the moment, rent is steep for what you get and whenever I ask about amenities opening back up the only response I get is āthatās up to corporate to decide, we canāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSold our condo and leased without an opportunity to view the apartment in person. My friends and family advised me against making a decision on where to live based on the internet. They told me horror stories about others who rented without seeing their apartment.
I didn't listen. And things could not be better. I absolutely š our apartment. The building and unit looks even better in person. It's in one of the best locatione in Salt Lake City. Liberty Blvd is near everything: Trolley Square, the university, parks, grocery stores, oriental food mart, coffee shops, mall, bike stores, salons, barber shops, dry cleaners, gas station, public transportation, and too many restaurants to mention. You won't go hungry living here and everything you need is right around the corner.
The building is new and staffed with the best people in the business: Lou, Louie, Ava, and Erick consistantly go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need to make our apartment feel like a home.
We've been at Liberty Blvd for a little over a month. I don't hear my my neighbors, the staff always waves and smiles, I rarely see other people in the hall and the common areas always look great.
I've had deliveries and a prompt repair. We enjoy using the gym, pool, rooftop, and drinking the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate that is available in the social room along with a big screen TV and comfortable furniture.
We arrived in SLC without the benefit of having a social network in place, so it has been nice to be around the friendly helpful Liberty Blvd team. They've helped to make it an easy transition from Illinois to Utah.
We are a hundred percent happy with our decision to move to Liberty Blvd and looking forward to a massive...
