I was referred to Champion Computers by a close friend of mine, and he said they have been in business for a number of years, and are excellent at what they do.
Initially I had some apprehension to leave my computer and laptops with any repair store, considering what our world is enduring with "hackers" and "identity-theft" these days.
Last week I made a call to the store and spoke to Jose, who explained to me what the process would be in order to diagnose the issues I was having. He reassured me that no customer of theirs had ever had their privacy breached, and told me the estimate to diagnose my computer issues would be free.
So I took my desktop and two laptops in to the store, and Eduardo provided me with an explanation of the process for each item and that he would get back with me as soon as possible on a diagnosis for each one. In two business days, I was able to pick up my computers in the store, and was given an update for each one. And their pricing is very reasonable.
I can say that I am very pleased and relieved with the service I received. With no uncertainy, I would highly recommend Champion Computers to anyone looking for an honest and reputable company to handle their computer needs. Eduardo specifically went above and beyond to reassure me he would answer all of my concerns and provided me with helpful information for my future needs.

However, our hinge broke on our laptop and I brought it to these guys to fix. They fix it, I bring it home and within a week the hinge breaks AGAIN. This time my boyfriend takes it in and the man tells my boyfriend, "well however fixed it the first time didn't do it right". Which in-turn my boyfriend says, "you guys did it!" and with no response for the comment he takes the laptop to fix again. My boyfriend asks if hes going to get a discount at least because its the same problem that wasn't fixed the first time. Employee said no, I'm sorry. Because we so desperately need our laptop for our business we just settle and give it to them AGAIN. Time to pickup the computer and they charge us FULL PRICE and when we take it home to use (for our business) the speakers DO NOT WORK!!. When I got to my apartment, I had issues figuring out how to connect everything together. I called Champion and I was told to come back with the monitor and to bring my computer. When I returned, the staff assisted me with optimal excellency during my visit.
The staff member that helped me went over and beyond helping me. He checked my computer and the monitor I had purchased, then explained how to connect the monitor and computer. I really appreciated his patience since I'm sort of still a novice with computers. The staff gave an exemplary model of what true customer service is all about. I was impressed with the staff member's knowledge and overall decorum while assisting me. I wish more retail entities were like this LOL.
