Spent 10 hours driving here to San Antonio and my son wanted to do something fun. So we came over here after walking down the Riverwalk aced a ticket to do the climbing wall and the rope lines. Filled out their waiver and right before I paid she said all sales final. What could go wrong right? Then she tells us we have to go across the mall to do the rock climbing first. We went over there and did that and of course six other people show up right as we do. When my son was done, we walked back over to the rope lines and told the woman we were ready to do the rope lines and she informed us. They only have one employee(She Obviously isn’t authorized to harness anyone) and it’s the one over there at the climbing walls across the mall. we have to wait until all the other people are done at the climbing walls before my son can do the rope lines that we paid for! Again, no refunds! So we sit here and wait for all the other people to be done across the mall and for the guy to come back. It’s not our responsibility to make sure their facility is staffed correctly!! I am going to throw out a guest that the trampoline downstairs is also owned by these people because it was closed. Obviously no one can run it. Seems like if they only have one person to run the entire thing maybe it should just closed down until they hire some...
Read moreToo hot outside? Raining? Kids sick of walking around at the Riverwalk and want to do something fun? LiggettVille is a hidden gem, perfect for tourists and local residents. We live here and have visited twice. The first time I watched my kids play, but this time I joined in. Although I was really nervous about being up so high on the ropes course (it's on the top floor of the mall!), after about 10 minutes of cautious exploring, I had a blast! I didn't get many pictures of this part because I was too busy enjoying it with my kids. Don't forget about the climbing walls. They are on the same floor but a 1 minute walk around a corner and down a different hallway. So many fun walls and they're taller than most we've seen at other play places so that teens and adults can enjoy a fun challenge too. For both attractions they have free lockers for storing your stuff and even Crocs to borrow if you show up in less than ideal footwear (flip flops). The little kids course seems great too....
Read moreWe recently celebrated my twin 10-year-old daughters' birthday here, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, fun, and incredibly well-organized. A huge shoutout to the manager, Jesus, who went above and beyond to make the day special. He was incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout the entire event. Our party of 17 kids was first up on the ropes course, and the team worked quickly and efficiently to get everyone safely harnessed and ready to go. What really stood out was Jesus’s personal touch—he even climbed up on the course to take photos of the kids so I could enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it all. He also took care of setting up the party room, serving food to the kids, and cleaning up afterward. Thanks to Jesus and the amazing staff, the kids had a blast and the parents were impressed too. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free and memorable...
