I purchased 2 bracelets from here and after less than 24 hours of having them one of them just came apart and the clasps on the other wouldn’t close. I went to return and the staff and manager was very rude and told me they would not be able to do anything except send in to repair when I stated that I wanted a refund due to how quickly the jewelry broke. I then again asked for a refund again and he preceded to tell me “I know you said you didn’t do anything to it, but I wasn’t there to see”. Obviously they don’t trust the quality of the jewelry, they have no regard for trying to resolve a problem for the customer, and they have never been taught manners or professionalism and how to run a successful business and rely on sketchy business practices. I let the owner know I would be posting this to warn others so they do not lose any money and he stated he would respond and say I was lying. This business needs to be evaluated and Rivercenter should not allow them to rent space on their property. Hopefully you guys see this before impulse purchasing...

The first one those 2 guys who bought the bracelet we offered to fix for them and make it right they just got upset because they didn't get there way . So they bashed us we told them they were too small but still insisted on purchasing . These guys are scammers, first of all they claim to replace batteries on any brand of watch. That was a lie, next they damage the watch more than what it was. Third they claim they will repair your watch at no cost since they have to send it to their so called expert jeweler who can fix anything. Fourth once you finally get the phone call from Rivercenter Jewelers after I called them so many times no answer, how strange however they claim the watch was so hard to fix there will be a charge of 79.95 for the repair. What I think has happened it's one of their strategies to keep the watch to add their collection of used watches that are overpriced and also happen to be junk. Finally just watch out with a Guy named Vega who works for Rivercenter Jewelers the horrible experience...
