We arrived after a large rush. A manager said she will have a table cleared. A host/server sat us at a different table, which was fine, the manager even asked if it was ok. So far so good. Ordered a bottle of wine with our meals.
Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. It was so bad I couldn't eat it. Told the server who offered to get a new one. I declined because it was just that bad.
Ordered my steak medium. It arrived very well done. Again, told the server and he said that is way over done, I'll get you another. I declined because we had plans and I didnt want to hold everyone up. I did tell the server that I wanted to being it to their (manager) attention, he said ok.
The manager then avoided our table the entire night. She checked the other tables around us, glanced over at us, then went the long way around the restaurant or quickly walked past our table while looking away.
I wasn't trying to get anything for free, did not make a big deal about it, but I was expecting her to come and discuss the problems and say she will speak with them. I honestly did not expect to be ignored after such a poor experience here.
The food was ok, the server was great, but the manager and chef was where this establishment failed.
If you are looking for a $20+ over cooked steak, a $30 bottle of wine, and some average drinks you will be happy here.
Manager lost 1 star for lack of people/managerial skills. Chef lost 1 star because they couldn't make a salad or properly cook a steak. I would remove 2 stars, however, chose not to because I didnt give them a 2nd chance to correct the problems.
I will not return...
Read moreProbably the best experience having/attending a party at one of these places. I've been to a few parties at places like this and haven't been impressed, and this was my first time ever booking a party for my own kids. So here goes: First off, booking the party online was super easy! Adding additional party items was simple and overall booking was very straightforward. Check in upon arrival was easy and our host Jason was very friendly and totally took care of everything. He was attentive and helpful. Traffic was bad, so I called to see if we could push the party back a half hour and they were very accommodating. Some of our guests arrived before us due to the traffic issue, and our host even called me to inform me that they had arrived and that he was going to get them their socks and wristbands so they could start jumping. It was great! And the food was awesome! We had an order of chicken wings, chicken tenders, and two pizzas. The pizzas were 30 minutes late coming out to us, which wasn't even a huge deal since all the kids were off playing anyways, but the cafe manager gave them to us for free since they were late. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The attractions themselves were lots of fun, and hubby and I even got on the trampolines with the kids. Overall, an amazing experience! I definitely recommend...

On a positive note, there are some excellent restaurants in the area, and the breakfast options are particularly enjoyable. It's a good place to grab a meal and explore different cuisines.
