We arrived after a large rush. A manager said she will have a table cleared. A host/server sat us at a different table, which was fine, the manager even asked if it was ok. So far so good. Ordered a bottle of wine with our meals.

Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. It was so bad I couldn't eat it. Told the server who offered to get a new one. I declined because it was just that bad.

Ordered my steak medium. It arrived very well done. Again, told the server and he said that is way over done, I'll get you another. I declined because we had plans and I didnt want to hold everyone up. I did tell the server that I wanted to being it to their (manager) attention, he said ok.

The manager then avoided our table the entire night. She checked the other tables around us, glanced over at us, then went the long way around the restaurant or quickly walked past our table while looking away.

I wasn't trying to get anything for free, did not make a big deal about it, but I was expecting her to come and discuss the problems and say she will speak with them. I honestly did not expect to be ignored after such a poor experience here.

The food was ok, the server was great, but the manager and chef was where this establishment failed.

If you are looking for a $20+ over cooked steak, a $30 bottle of wine, and some average drinks you will be happy here.

Manager lost 1 star for lack of people/managerial skills. Chef lost 1 star because they couldn't make a salad or properly cook a steak. I would remove 2 stars, however, chose not to because I didnt give them a 2nd chance to correct the problems.

I will not return...

Probably the best experience having/attending a party at one of these places. I've been to a few parties at places like this and haven't been impressed, and this was my first time ever booking a party for my own kids. So here goes: First off, booking the party online was super easy! Adding additional party items was simple and overall booking was very straightforward. Check in upon arrival was easy and our host Jason was very friendly and totally took care of everything. He was attentive and helpful. Traffic was bad, so I called to see if we could push the party back a half hour and they were very accommodating. Some of our guests arrived before us due to the traffic issue, and our host even called me to inform me that they had arrived and that he was going to get them their socks and wristbands so they could start jumping. It was great! And the food was awesome! We had an order of chicken wings, chicken tenders, and two pizzas. The pizzas were 30 minutes late coming out to us, which wasn't even a huge deal since all the kids were off playing anyways, but the cafe manager gave them to us for free since they were late. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The attractions themselves were lots of fun, and hubby and I even got on the trampolines with the kids. Overall, an amazing experience! I definitely recommend...

Park North Shopping Center offers a variety of shopping and dining options, making it a convenient destination. The abundance of parking options is definitely a plus during the day.

The Painted Tree, located where the old Sears was, is an awesome boutique with a unique selection. It adds a charming touch to the shopping experience.

The new Burlington is now open and impressively clean and well-stocked, providing a great shopping destination. The diversity of shops and services adds to the overall appeal of the center.

However, it's worth noting that at night, the area can feel a little sketchy. While ample parking options are available, visitors may want to exercise caution during nighttime visits.

On a positive note, there are some excellent restaurants in the area, and the breakfast options are particularly enjoyable. It's a good place to grab a meal and explore different cuisines.

Exciting news for movie enthusiasts – the Alamo Drafthouse is renovating the theater to match the ambiance of their Stone Oak location. This promises an even better cinematic experience...

This shopping center haunts the hallowed grounds of what many native San Antonians remember as our beloved Central Park Mall and the ORIGINAL home of the SA Stock Show and Rodeo Cowboy Breakfast. Sadly, the only two things that remain are the Sears store and the 100 foot tall sign near loop 410. But that is ok my friends, all is still well in the world today. This shopping center is as hoppin’ and happenin’ as the old place was. It’s anchored by the awesome Alamo Drafthouse movie theatre, the Laugh Out Loud comedy club, a Target, and the Norris Conference Center (I have yet to spot ol’ Chuck here however). There are PLENTY of other shops and restaurants to visit as well. Parking is plentiful and free and there is an underground parking garage near the comedy club and Alamo Drafthouse.

Went there 4 a Herbalife training/ symposium. Also, hav bn there 4 a Laugh Out Loud comedy nite (pretty gud comedian variety). Mixed drinks r not gud @ comedy place, but the food and comedy make up 4 it. Seating is tight n there, so arrive early 2 pick seats (especially if large party). If u order tickets over phone u can ask that they reserve seating 4 ur party (group). Nice acoustics so u can hear well wherever u sit. I hav hearing loss as an issue so that Very important 2 me n a venue like this. Have bn 2 other places where u cant hear punchline if mic goes out, but this place has gud voice carry setup (acoustics). Parking is a pain so again arrive early and if u think it gonna b easier if u hav a handicap plate/tag that is inccorect logic. Hope this helps prepare u 4 a fun time.

This is Long Horn Cafe, which is located in Park North shopping center. Was greeted at the door and sat immediately upon arrival and ordered a half and half ice tea. Our waitress was Esme, who was great! She brought us a small loaf of bread and butter and we had a salad as well. We ordered two appetizers the Texas tonion, along with the white cheddar stuffedmushrooms, which were delicious. Next, we ordered our main course, which was the 6 oz renegade steak with asparagus and my guest ordered the same, medium well and a baked potato. This is the second time I've come here and the service is always on point and so is the food, at a great price. I use to go to Salt Grass but I think this is going to be my favorite steak place from now on!
