Bayside Bonfires in San Diego is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was going to be an unforgettable experience. The team was incredibly welcoming and professional, making sure every detail was perfect. A special shout-out to Kelly, who went above and beyond to ensure our evening was nothing short of magical.

The setup was beyond our expectations—beautifully arranged bonfire pits right by the water, with comfortable seating, cozy blankets, and an array of delicious snacks. The ambiance created by the crackling fire and the stunning bay views was simply magical.

Kelly thought of everything, from providing roasting sticks and a variety of s'mores ingredients to offering personalized touches that made the evening feel extra special. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.

This was a great idea for my wife and I to do with our two small kids. The kids got a yummy treat and to run around in the sand and the wife and I got to relax next to a nice warm fire on a cold breezy night.

The worker worked hard to setup all the bonfire locations, clean up after those that finished, setup the next appointments, bringing them supplies of firewood and s’mores, but seemed to struggle to manage it all by himself. Only one bonfire setup had the added benefit of string lights which I thought was odd because it was the closest to the hotel building and had the most light coming from that building while our location was the furthest away and very dark other than the light provided by the fire.

I withheld two stars due to the high price of this activity for what you get considering it took the person some time to setup, bring supplies, etc., and that it felt like all bonfire locations weren’t treated equally regarding the additional lighting.

Overall a nice experience and I’m glad we did it but would not necessarily do it again if I was ever to return to...

Our family absolutely had the most amazing time at our bonfire. They accommodated a later reservation for us from the get go so we knew that it was going to be a great experience. The setup was perfect and it was on the private beach portion of the resort. The fire was already lit, chairs circled around the pit and the s’mores kits ready to go with complementary water and the service was awesome. Kelly checked on us throughout our reservation. She was very cool and we appreciate that she conversed with us and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and coffee shops. The s’mores kits were packed very nicely for 3 treats each, it was almost a shame to eat it because it looked so cute. The experience was definitely memorable for all of is. We will definitely recommend Bayside Bonfires to anyone who stays at Bahia, Catamaran or anywhere where Bayside is offered and be a return customer when in San...
