Mobile Massage San Diego | Sea Breeze Massage and Health — Attraction in San Diego

August 2024 This is my second time using seabreeze mobile massage and it continues to be one of the best massage experiences I've ever had. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and were hoping to book them for a couples massage. I failed to book in advance and called them with two days notice to see if they might be available for a massage at the hotel where we stayed. I knew I was asking a lot and was okay if it was not possible. Their coordinator, Sam, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond in order to schedule two therapists last minute for the couples massage that I was so eager to have. She did not have to do any of that and I'm deeply grateful for her efforts. Our massage therapist, Valerie and Lindsay were phenomenal. They showed up on time, were super kind, set up everything and were the ultimate professionals. They are true masters of massage therapy. They worked on our problem areas, gave advice for stretches and mobility, and when they left we felt much better. I will continue to seek their services whenever I am in San Diego and highly recommend that you do the same.

March 2023 Val and Frankie are AMAZING! We booked them for a bachelorette party of six people. They were so communicative and kind, showed up on time, set everything up, and made sure to tailor the service to each individual based on needs and comfort. Massages were full 60 minutes, they had heated padding for thier tables, music for ambiance and years of expertise to soothe our weary bodies. Everyone felt like a new person after their massage and raved about the quality of the service and the knowledge that Val and Frankie possess as massage therapists. In all my 31 years, I can honestly say I have not had a massage quite like the one I’ve gotten here, and I’ve had quite the number of massages. The pressure and technique used was absolutely perfect and unlike any massage techniques I’ve ever experienced. Very methodical and thorough.

Being an very active guy and having a personal training background, I need a very firm, deep massage. When asked what areas needed addressing I didn’t need to divulge much info in order for my massage therapist to go straight to work meticulously massaging my neck and shoulder area where I hold most of my tension. I also suffer from chronic low back pain and addressed this with my therapist who told me exactly how she would go about helping relieve my low back pain utilizing a glute compression technique that made such a night and day difference in my low back.

The massage itself was deep tissue and deliciously intense as I needed it to be. She addressed all the areas that needed to be touched upon and also explained in thorough detail what she was doing when I asked about certain aspects of the massage.

When we were finished, I was so incredibly relaxed and left feeling as light as a feather. My entire back and glutes felt amazing, all my tension was gone and I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted right off me. I couldn’t have been more grateful for having found such a fantastic masseur who did such an amazing job. I certainly look forward to coming back as often as I can, you need not look anywhere else for a massage therapist! This is the place!

I was lucky enough to find Valerie (Sea Breeze) through Google and was very pleasantly surprised! I found Valerie for a family member who, at the time, was in a skilled nursing facility. Valerie very quickly became the highlight of the week and still is now that we are home. Massages are not new in our household- we love a GOOD massage so if someone gives a sub-par massage we do not call them back. Valerie comes to our place twice a week; she comes on time with everything she needs to provide a whole experience (music, table, table warmer, etc). Valerie is professional, friendly, and she tailors the massage to the person she is working on- she seems to have enough knowledge and experience to do so. I never feel as though Valerie is watching the clock or in a big rush- she takes her time to really address any issue/ pain you are experiencing both before, during, and after the massage. Overall, I am really glad I found Sea Breeze massage.
