Sunset Pacific Realty — Local services in San Diego

Sunset Pacific Realty has been my property management group for the last 5 years now and they are hands down the best group I have ever rented from. The group, to my knowledge, is a tight knit family run operation, that are always on the same page. I have appreciated the service they have given me so much that I always feel like I owe them more.

They are quick to fix things, respectful about entering the units, and will be very flexible when it comes to doing business. I travel and they give me confidence when coordinating my renter needs when I am not able to meet face to face. They have an app that makes it so easy to be a tenant.

One might not even ever need to go into the office, but I make it a point to visit them when I can just because they are so friendly. In fact that is why I am writing this review...to express thanks to the wonderdul service they have provided over the years. Thank you Sunset Pacific for all you do.

And..this is just the intro...the place itself that I am renting from them is a dream spot. I can see the beach from my living room window and all their properties are awesome. Been renting from Liz for 2.5 years on Lauretta st and this is one of the good property management companies in town! Not all property managers are equal!! When we report issues, we have maintenance reach back out within 48-72 hours. When there are issues happening at the complex (waste management company strike, roof repairs, etc....), we are notified via text message. When I've called, staff has always been helpful and professional.
