Neil brings a variety of skills and expertise to the table that quickly builds a level of trust and comfort when purchasing a home. With years of experience as a prior home inspector and current property manager as well as time spent in construction, he provides insight beyond the normal expectations and skills of a realtor. Not to mention, as a permanent San Diego resident of 25+ years, he knows San Diego especially Point Loma and surrounding areas. He also has multiple recommendations for various contractors in the area, which is very helpful in the post-buying phase. Additionally, he is extremely attentive and responsive.
