Horrible nail tech. Pedicurist was ok. But everything else was the worst. The tech waited until she had nails on my hands to tell me she couldn't do the length that I needed. When I tried to explain why I needed long nails she cut me off and said if I wanted long nails then I should have gone somewhere else. Then long nails take too long. Then she was too scared to do them. So after all her excuses I decided that I didn't want a gel color, just regular. She was MAD. She shaped them wrong and ignored any time I said something. She filed the acrylic so thin I can see my natural nail through it. There's divots all over. The acrylic went well over my cuticles. They started lifting 15 MINUTES after I left. She did a horrible job and tried to guilt me into add ons even though she refused to do what I needed. I'll NEVER go back. I wouldn't recommend this place to the person I like least in the world. I wish them only inconvenience for the rest...

I came here on a recommendation for my wedding nails along with the bridesmaids and my mom. I will never come back, that’s for sure! I called to make an appointment about 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived, they said I did not have an appointment and clearly my name had been written then scratched off the calendar. I don’t know why I was crossed off, but I certainly had made an appointment. The nail technicians were rude about the scenario and took it out on my hands! They cut me FOUR times! Yes, I realize that that is a lot of people (6 people) in the salon, but that’s why I made the appointment; we weren’t drop-ins. They should have been prepared as it was on the calendar; I don’t know why we had been crossed off as I certainly never cancelled. Would not recommend. Took 3 hours for a full set and pedicure. The full set took 2 hours and my friend had hers done it only took 1 hour. We were there sitting talking about how hungry we were… as we’re checking out we see they have snacks and waters which no one offered. My nail design was “too complicated” (it was a feather) and then I showed some simple leaves and they’re not what I showed them, they added random dots and the leaves don’t touch the branches and it’s got blobs of uneven strokes. I showed my boyfriend and even he said “it looks like a kindergartener painted those”. I got them done on Saturday, it’s Monday and a nail is already...
