Extremely rude person working in the fitting room this evening 2/27 around 9pm. I came up and before I had a chance to say anything she goes on telling me I can only take 10 at a time. No problem. I don’t need people to dance for me. I do everything she asked me to do. She tells me I have only 20 minutes to finish. I said ok. In a hurry I come back out thinking I could just leave 5 out and take 5 (simple math, logic and everybody wins) without me having to change again and spend more time in the fitting room, holding everyone up. But before I had to chance to even talk she immediately starts commanding me with this attitude and hand gestures that I need to bring all clothes back out. I tried getting a word in and explain what I had in mind, she didn’t even let me speak again, getting louder and shutting me up. I told her she should be respectful and let people talk and then respond. “I don’t have to do anything but be black and die”. She takes off her mask and repeats the same thing back to me several times with hand gestures and comes closer to me. So apparently that’s the problem. If you don’t feel you have to respect people and be kind you shouldn’t be in customer service, regardless of your race. She feels like that is ok for her to be nasty to people. I’m sorry but you shouldn’t put someone like that in the fitting room. It’s apparent that she has a personal dislike for people with my appearance or anyone who isn’t black, or she wouldn’t have brought up her race. Shutting someone up is vulgar, disgusting and inappropriate no matter where you’re from. And while she was arguing with me, another woman took clothes from the fitting room and a few other things and ran out from the emergency exist right under her nose. That’s the kind of people you have working for you. Working retail is a thankless job, and I’ve been there. But she lacks basic respectful manners and whoever hired her...

I was shopping for a candle for a friend but made my way to the men's area. I picked up a pair a sweat pants from the clearance section and decided to get them due to the markdown. I waited in line for about 10-15 minutes and saw a macrame plant hanger someone had left without a tag. The cashier was nice and right away asked a female manager to locate a similar item. While we were waiting, the cashier turned her back to me and began looking at the clearance tag closely. She began speaking to a male supervisor nearby by the name of Rene in spanish. She turned to me and told me that the tag was incorrect and it looked like someone put the sticker on the wrong item. I told her I had found the item in the clearance section and the sticker did not look like it was tampered with. The cashier agreed but began to tear off the sticker. I asked her politely to please honor the price as it was clearly tagged by a store associate. The cashier asked her supervisor Rene who seemened to be very bothered by this request. He took one look at me then looked back to the cashier and began to nod as to say no. I felt very discriminated. First of all, this was a mistake by one of your associates. Second, how is he making a judgement based on my appearance? I felt offended, discriminated, and like I just wasted my time. I really do hope something is done about this. I will escalate appropriately. You are welcomed to review the...

Mixed bag. Lots of home goods option. Some good, some very poor quality. Tons of candles, including some high end ones. Zero employees helping in jewelry, which was the whole reason I went. They also had no Betsy Johnson jewelry. They sell bathing suits but no shorts or capris. Why? Better prices on Amazon for most like items. The line is atrocious, no matter what time or day you go there. The photo with the long line is 1:20 on a weekday. This store, and the parking lot, are always incredibly busy. Pack your patience when you go, for sure!!

One of the best TJMaxx & HomeGoods combo stores I’ve ever been to! The selection was top tier — from home decor and kitchenware to fashion and beauty, every aisle felt like a treasure hunt. What really stood out to me was how incredibly stocked and well-organized it was compared to most stores in the LA area. I’m used to hunting through half-empty shelves, but this location had so much variety, it honestly felt like a hidden gem. If you love a good find, this store is 100% worth the trip!

Surprisingly good. There were many stylish clothes that we priced just right. They had pants from bonobos for $30 opposed to the original $90. Their kitchen section was a little sparse, but it seemed so other home sections had plenty of options. I'm going to shop for all my clothes at Ross and TJ Maxx from now on
