I am so obsessed with this place! I knew I wanted to add this studio into my schedule the second I stepped into their studio for their grand opening. It’s at the perfect location with plenty of parking (I also feel comfortable walking from my complex). The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Their workouts have me shaking every time. I say that in the best way possible. I can already see my body’s progress in certain movements in such a short period of time. Practice will make perfect. The cherry on top? My puppy’s name is also AlorađŸ€. Please don’t hesitate to try it out!

This is my favorite studio in San Diego! All of the instructors are incredible! They clearly explain the movements with demonstrations as well as ways to intensify or modify the movements, making each workout catered to individual needs. Definitely recommend taking a beginners class if you’re not familiar with the mega reformer.

Parking is super easy too! I also love that this studio is not a corporate studio meaning each instructor truly brings something different. They’re able to add their own flair and I leave knowing I’ve gotten a fantastic full-body workout!

Huge shout out to Katarina! Her programming is incredibly versatile, and I love that I’m always learning something new. The variety keeps me motivated and excited...

Absolutely loved my experience at this Pilates studio! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the new, clean space and the high-energy atmosphere. The instructors are not only super helpful but also incredibly experienced and motivating, making each session enjoyable and effective. There's a great variety of classes to choose from, catering to different times and skill levels, so you’ll always find something that fits your schedule. The music during the classes was also a fantastic touch, adding to the overall vibe. The location is perfect, and I can’t wait to go back! I’ve been coming to this Pilates studio since it first opened, and I can’t recommend it enough! The workouts are consistently challenging in the best way—always pushing me to get stronger and improve my form. What truly sets this studio apart is the quality of the instructors. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and extremely attentive to detail, making sure everyone gets the most out of each session while staying safe and aligned.
