Epic Wings — Restaurant in San Diego

I came into this location and ordered two different meals for my family of 6 there's two people in my family that do not eat chicken with bone at all I specifically asked the lady helping me whose name was Monica for one order with bone-in and one order with bone out she repeated it to me incorrectly I told her again it's one bone-in and one bone out she repeated it again it was correct my order was done I went home I live all the way in Rancho San Diego looked at my order everything was bone in my daughter is called the location to see what they can do come to find out the person helping me Monica was the manager and that's who my daughters spoke to Monica told them that there's nothing that they can do if they don't bring the food and we explained to her that we do not live in the area she was very rude and condescending we ask for somebody that we can speak to you whose above her that might be able to do something because customer service is obviously important but not to this location or to the manager Monica we asked for a higher up number she said there isn't one we asked for a corporate number or some kind of contact she said that there's nothing that there that she has to give to us I told her that we were going to make a complaint and she told me go head this was the worst customer service ever she didn't do anything to help out and like I said half of my family does not eat bone-in so there's no way I would have made that mistake and I repeated it twice to her and she repeated to me once incorrectly I will never come to this location again I'd like to speak to a manager or someone who can fix the problem as well and she is the one that verified that she...

These guys constantly get my orders wrong. If I call back and drive back there they're down to fix it and the manager is nice but I don't understand how you can charge this much for wings and not pay attention to what the person is ordering. Constant issues with the sauces and whether or not they put them on the wings or put them on the side. Missing stuff. Soft mushy french fries. Read the order back to make sure you have got the order correct. I guess shame on me for not asking for that every time but that $2 per wing you should put in the effort to get the order right. They also leave all the bags of to go orders just sitting out on their counter not under any lamp or anything so the food just sits there dying. I don't mind paying a premium but expect you to care a little bit more about the quality and correctness of the food...
