California Welcome Center — Attraction in San Francisco

I called two weeks before arriving to ask how to get from airport to hotel and as usual the answer was Take an Uber. We took normal taxi and it was fine. Stopped by once we arrived to seek out coupons and knowledge of of real life SF today, and were greeted with shelves of brochures and one discount card to the highest price restaurants in the city. Lady seemed to not know anything about information except to say look at a brochure, here's a coupon because you asked even though it doesn't match what you asked for, and I know everyone in SF so tell them I sent you, only to be greeted with more...

Very nice selection of magazines and pamphlets on travel and trips throughout San Francisco and California. The staff member was very cordial and answer even the stupidest of question. A great resource for travelers and natives alike to unlock new places to experience beyond their usual hangouts. The place is big enough to explore with a great view of the yachts...

Bastante descontenta con esta locación, si pudiera darle cero estrellas sería la más apropiada , compre el paquete de Yosemite Park porque incluía las Sequías la cual era mi prioridad para venir a California e incluso fue el paquete más costoso, cuando nos recogieron el conductor nos deja saber que no es posible ir a ver las Sequías ya que durante invierno esta cerrado, invierno empieza diciembre 21, yo compro el paquete diciembre 28, como es posible que el vendedor ofrezca un paquete que no se puede hacer? Que no sepa que ya eran 7 días de invierno?? Y cuando le dejó saber el mismo día me dice que él no sabía. Al día siguiente llamo para hablar con la encargada y la única persona en el lugar es LEONA, no sabe tratar con personas, es grosera y no da ninguna solución, ahora considerando que VENDEN PAQUETES DONDE USTED NO RECIBE LO QUE COMPRA, ES UN CRIMEN CIVIL. POR FAVOR MANTENGASEN LO MAS ALEJADOS...
