McDonald's — Attraction in San Francisco

Best MCD I've ever been to.

Brand new cafe set up with plenty of outlets and seating, clean, quiet, spacious (2 levels), CLASSY, and with an exceedingly friendly and helpful manager (I wish I got his name!).

Introverts, now you can order your meal and play on your phone without having any human interaction. Order from the kiosk (credit/debit), grab a table locater and wait to get served! I swear the fiancé and I were going back and forth for 10 min playing with the kiosks trying to "create" our burger. The poor manager had the upmost patience helping us learn this new technology.

No wasteful paper containers here. Your dine in meals are served in metal baskets.. I'm telling you MCD is stepping up their game.

The create your burger has a choice of two meats, and a variety of buns, cheeses, toppings, and sauces. Just like most fast food joints, the burger itself was cooked well done. Food is great, employees are friendly for the most part. Two employees in the past though, have been extremely rude to me. The second time that it happened I reported the person to corporate and they apologized and said that they would do something about it. They are very nice to the homeless at this restaurant and don't immediately haul them out when they are in the restaurant. Neighborhood can be sketch; a vehicle one time made a left when I was crossing the street, grey four door van sort of car comes about five inches to my body. It appeared to be an older white woman driving. Don't know what the motivation was as I am a non white person. I would just say be precautious if you're going to be in this area and have an action plan in mind if something happens. I tried to report the incident to the police near the end of the day, but they said it was too late. I should have reported it right after it happened and they would've been able to do something. I have the McDona3lds mobile app, and it has several offers for discounted items. I wanted to get large fries and the offer was for $1.00. I went to this location because it was within walking distance from where I was. Walking in, I noticed a bad smell, maybe coming from the drains. Currently, there isn't any indoor dining at this location, and my guess is that one of the reasons is due to the smell. If you're able to get past the smell, and still have an appetite, then you can enjoy some McDonald's. I ordered the fries, but after I received the receipt, I noticed that I was charged $0.25 for a bag. I'm not upset at the price of the bag, but I'm upset that she didn't even bother to ask if I even wanted a bag. She assumed that I needed a bag, and charged me without even telling me. That coupled with the smell really turned me off of this specific McDonald's location. I wouldn't recommend...
