San Francisco Giants Dugout Store Flagship — Attraction in San Francisco

Attempted to buy an orange JHL jersey. They did not have any pre customized in my size so they said i could buy a blank one and get the name and numbers added in 20 minutes. All sounded great. I made the purchase and then returned later to pick up the jersey. Good thing i checked the jersey before leaving the store. They did not put the front numbers on the jersey. I notified the employee and she went to figure out why they didn't put the front numbers on, assuming they just forgot. However, apparently they did not have any more front numbers. I guess they were just going to give an incomplete jersey and hope customers didn't realize?!?!?! They said i could come back and get the front numbers added once they get them in stock. I told them that was not acceptable and they processed a refund without apologizing or anything. I asked when they might have the complete uniform with full numbers back in stock and the lady (assuming she was a manager) said with a bit of an attitude that she didnt know and it was not up to her?! Well obviously its not up to her but its just an innocent question....

I thought I can come and shop at my favorite store But that was impossible. Front desk clerk was on the phone when I came in I said hello, just to For acknowledgement purpose since I was the only one shopping there at the time. Which was about 1 p.m.I grabbed a few items All Brand 47 one of them was a size 2x I asked if you can look it upAnd I needed a 3X. Clerk said," 47 Brand does not come in 3xI." Well I said "well these two shirts are 3xl. He looked confused and looked at it he goes " oh yeah those are men's size, I still can look up for you. I said" please look at the 2X and see if you have in your system is all I asked",He says yeah I'll look at it but I'll let you know that we don'tbut I said you can see if is carried in system right? Ya but you don't have to have an attitude about ..well. It seems this just bother him to do his job and say to me I had an attitude?! Done I will not shop there again until maybe...

Was pretty disappointed. Bought a t-shirt, while the one on the front of the rack looked just fine, my size was in the back. Grabbed my size and didn't pay much attention to it. Hundred miles away, get to my hotel room and try on the shirt....... decal is off-center and cockeyed..... couldn't believe it, it's not like I bought it at Ross. Tried calling the store and it just rang and rang, couldn't even talk to anyone who cares, if such a person exist. Will definitely have to be on my toes if I ever make it back to that store again, I live 358 miles away and do not get to San...
