This little place was a pleasant surprise. A little hole in the wall and the owner just doing the best he can with the space. I don't think the place was built to be a restaurant so I was a little hesitant at first. It had good reviews and wasn't busy like other places so I said what the heck let's try it. I am glad we did.

I ordered the French toast and it was one of the best french toast I have ever had . The batter he used was slightly different than what I expected but was very good . He used large pieces a homemade Texas toast and it was very soft and soaked up the batter . He gives you a little bowl of fruit which is a nice little touch. My son got the waffles and also said it was good as well.

The only negative I had was his menu seemed a little limited . Generally I get egg dishes for breakfast but there wasn't much available for that.

The owner was very helpful and attentive . He seems like a nice guy just doing his best in the space he has. I was really impressed and I would go back and take my wife so she could try the French toast . I hope he gets more traffic and people give it a chance because it...

The Yummy Plate was a delicious find and a mini gem for our family for a gourmet fresh breakfast. A sweet patio option or a cute and semi-private indoor dining experience. We chose to dine in for our breakfast before our ballpark tour and boy, were we glad we stopped in at Yummy Plate!! The portions were generous, huge, well priced, and seriously"yummy!" We had the waffles, amazing french toast, a huge breakfast burrito, fresh orange juice, Italian coffee, and each came with fresh fruit served on delightful plates and silverware in the quaint little dining space, that made you feel like you were eating with friends at someone's home. The owner hustled, waited on us, and cooked the food made to order. I highly recommend this amazing gem for a dine in spot or a grab and go too! Lots of options like giant croissants, oversized muffins, and other options as well. The french toast had a hint of orange that made the crust almost caramelized and sweet-it seriously was yummy!!! Thank you for our special treat and for catering to our family of 6 on a weekday morning!!...

This is a true hidden gem in SF!

Imagine your favorite family person or friend cooking a really good meal for you.. .and it is pretty close to that.

The owner is so nice and attentive. And the best part is that they use the highest quality ingredients!

It is a super quaint and hidden place. You'd probably overlook it and that'd truly be a mistake.

The eggs are fresh, fluffy, and delicious. The yummi plate special is amazing! They serve illy coffee. The lattes are so smooth and yummi!

Personally I like that it is not super busy and they have a super cute dine-in room inside. there are tables to to sit outside but we prefer to sit inside.

The food is made with the most care! And it comes through in the food you eat.

They have a lot of options too.

It is seriously so good! Give it a chance and you will not be sorry. Just don't take my table, please lol

Absolutely one of our favorite breakfast...

Reza is a very nice and generous man on a personal and public level. Dishes are consistently fresh, and on the rare occasion that something is missing: he will be sure to quickly make it good. I've been a result here for sometime and my favorite dishes are: •Mediterannean Burger •Chicken with Pomegranate sauce and rice •Hot Pastrami Sandwich •Chicken Tajin •Soup du jour and bread •Chocolate chip cookies •French Toast with fresh fruit •Scrambled eggs with potatoes and toast •Belgian Waffle So yeah food is solid 🤤
