I can’t recommend Gamepost enough! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. As a complete beginner to card games and collecting, I was pretty nervous walking in, but they immediately made me feel comfortable. They took the time to guide me through the basics, everything from how to properly sleeve cards to which products would be the best fit for me. They even set me up with all the essentials I needed to get started. One of the employees went above and beyond, spending a lot of time answering my questions and making sure I felt confident before I left. I’m naturally shy and anxious, but the staff’s kindness made the experience fun instead of overwhelming. If you’re looking to get involved in gaming, Gamepost is absolutely the place to go. Big shoutout as well to the awesome employee who recommended Katana Sleeves! They had just run out of Dragon Shield Clear (my usual go-to), and I’ll admit, I almost had a mini breakdown because I’m such a creature of habit. But thanks to their suggestion, I tried the Katanas, and honestly, I might like them just as much (if not more) than my Dragon Shields! Whether you’re brand new like me or a seasoned player, Gamepost will take care of you. Highly recommend!

Diana is such a nerd! And I am all here for it. She loves her store and the products she sells. I was surprised about her familiarity with stuff like Warhammer 40k. She is super sweet and really ensures her customers are greeted and cared for. Will continually be visiting here because of her. The store itself also has a good selection of items. She's also always open to ordering and holding items for people. The store also is spacious, so if you need a spot to gather people for something like a TTRPG session, or maybe host a tournament of around 20 people, this venue could serve you. Besides board games and ttrpgs, she also sells paints and miniatures. She also allows people to borrow her paints at a *suggested* donation of $5 per session of painting (YOU COULD PAINT FOR HOURS!!) Just to reiterate, Diana loves her store and everybody should come by and check it out.

My love for being pursued can only be matched by my love for the game. And this institution helped me marry those passions. Not many may know this, but it takes quite the wit to stay sharp and evade so many angry enemies. So, to train my brain, I developed a passion for trivia. Yet don't get it twisted. My level of evasion is anything but Trivial, but it’s the Pursuit that keeps me on my toes. The thrill of the chase keeps me sharp, and there's no better place to practice those skills in my downtime than through playing board games at the Game Post. I hope others may be able to experience my level of joy in the Non-Trivial Pursuit that is being pursued through this oasis for players with a true love for the game.

I really wanted to play at this location. I stopped into the store 3 times ahead of today to try and get into their FNM. I talked to the owner every time i walked in. She is very nice and did a great job with the store. I checked out last weeks FNM to see how many people were there and how things were going. It looked like every one was having a good time. The draft seemed to be well run.

After talking to the owner for a little while longer I told her I would be back to play on Friday. I would also bring a few friends. I was given a card and told to email the morning of with a list of names so I can get everyone into the draft. I woke up Friday morning and sent out an email with the names of the people joining me. The email was instantly kicked back with a message that said "This persons email is full and can not receive any more emails." I'm thinking ok, maybe she just needs to get up and read her emails. I get up very early to get ready for work. I'll call when they open. I called shortly after they opened. I used the number that was on the business card I was handed with the email on it. The call goes straight to voice mail. I called a total of 5 times between 10 am and 2 pm. Voice mail every time. I decided to try the email one more time. Maybe she cleaned out her email. Which one would think would happen especially if this is the only way to make sure you get into the FNM draft. My email was kicked back with the same message.

So there's no way to contact this business even if you use the information that is given to you. I don't recommend going to play FNM here until they find a way to put a proper system in place and all of the contact information for the store is updated and works. Not having a phone for the store in this day and...

I usually go to a magic shop when I travel in most towns. I was here for the night and thought I would take a stab at some casual commander.

Went in once, was a bit early - tried browsing in the meantime and couldn’t figure out how much anything was because the prices aren’t shown. Asked about what was going on from some (employees? Regulars? Randos?)

They let me know folks generally showed up after and I was early. Okay cool. I’ll come back in 20 and see what’s up.

Came back at six to no open pods, asked a bit but folks didn’t seem too interested in helping out. No worries, just players and not employees so whatever.

I went back upstairs to buy a couple packs and open them in the stuffy basement while I wait for a pod, but the employee I was attempting to talk to didn’t give me any real answers and wouldn’t tell me prices without prompting. It was an odd and weirdly passive aggressive experience. Worth mentioning this was after I was just kind of wandering around trying to figure out what was going on for a bit and had to play “who works in a shop where people who work here don’t have a way for me to distinguish them so let’s just make eye contact” (which didn’t work). Oh, and no counter, that faces you leaving you to guess whether you should just scan a pack yourself or spin in circles shrieking to get attention.

Bought a couple MH3 packs for fun and then went to the bar next door, had a drink and went back to the hotel.

Pretty disappointed considering all the good reviews.

Also the MTG selection wasn’t good.

Would...
