Vice Versa — Local services in San Juan

Very, very, very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly people working here at this store. I visit this store 5 days ago while vacationing in PR. First, you have to buzz into the store, that is a bad sign and pretty telling of the location. Second, there was a young and much older woman working at the store, they didn’t greet us and made us feel very uncomfortable to shop. They followed us as if we were going to steal something.

Third, I thought it was a good idea to visit the store to kill time while it was raining and I seen advertisements on social media, but I will never return here. The quality of the products are below average and overpriced.

I’m a business professional, business owner and have many investments. I know for a fact I have more than both of these women put together, but they were profiling me. I thought I was patronizing decent local people, not racist. I will definitely spread the word about this place.

I also notice that they were taking clothes off the street from a lady through the side door and hung the clothes right up. That’s pretty nasty. The clothes should be properly washed and prepared before selling...

Rude staff. I used to shop all the time from this place, but never again.

I brought my stuff for consignment. They gave me a generic contract in return. After I left, my husband found it odd that they did not give me a list of the items they took. The items will be updated to the portal 7-10 days after receipt of items. I called the same day and asked if they could send me an email just saying the number of items they took and general description, like “black jacket”. The lady on phone said she will “if she has time”.

Three days pass, no email. I call again. The lady on the phone was super rude. She told me it’s “not her job” to send me the email. “This is their policy” and that I received the contract and that’s all they can give. She also said “you can take your items if you want”

I went today to pick up my stuff. They didn’t even offer to write these few sentences on the spot when I was at the store. Very unprofessional and rude staff.

If I could give a zero, i would. there’s two people working in the shop a young lady and an older woman. The older woman appears to be making all the decisions very rude not friendly watching if people going to steal “used clothes” the clothes are overpriced, and they not laundered. They’re not clean the place smell like mildew; it appears as though people are just pulling up to the side door and handing them a bag. The clothes are inspected slightly and put on hangers by the two people I mentioned so cleaning this is not a priority. And they’re watching like someone’s gonna steal clothes that are basically dirty I mean, get for real people and for that if I could, I will leave a zero. Poor customer service no etiquette unpolished...
